From the names analysis, same scenario in 2015 would probably play out. His 'brothers' will vote for him - they have been anyway, since 2003. Those who did not vote for him would not again (and more likely not bother voting since the election will be an all northern affair from the two major political parties). The litmus would be where the ~ 2 million votes difference from 2015 and the new voters (first-time 18+ year-old and newly registered) swing in 2019. It would be a surprise if he is defeated next year. |
