What is Card Sharing and/or Ccccam? Is it available in the 4910? if so, how can i go about the usage in it?

Is there any code applicable to the 4910? if any, abeg pass it on.

The reason for the above questions is that i just got a new 4910 and am trying to get acquainted with it.

the cam is for a situation where u need to use additional providers card with ur decoder. there are a number of cams out there, IRDETO, CONAX, VIACESS, or u can get a mutlicrypt CAM that can handles all. i should thing that there is ccam option for the 4910, the fact that it does not have an ethernet port is a huge let down for me personally, so i rarely use mine for card sharing, i use my dm800HD, i just use the serial port for my dongle. u can monitor the sat forums for releases of softcams etc. hope i ahev been able to throw some lights on ur needs.

Bros, thank you o. I downloaded a patch for the cccam option and when i press 8281 on my remote it shows list of up to 24 cccam/newcamd options which involves password, username etc, But to be honest i need coaching on these things and i just hope if i can have a CRASH COURSE.

Also, i'll be much interested in the MULTICRYPT CAM if the price is right i wish 2 get 1.

I learnt there's a converter that handles rj45<>rs232 connection for the 4910 but am not sure if its available here in Naija.

Av googled both the converter and cline providers but i guess daz how far i can go on the cline provider. As 4 the converter i think i'll get my hands on it, if i can survive that of the null modem den i shld weather the storm of doing the converter myself. By d way how much is it?

Pls house, how can i maximize my dm800hd? this weekend was not it at all, couldn't watch the matches i was looking forward to, are there other cline i can use other than the one that came with the box? ones that can be more reliable. Imagine using it at a viewing centr, wahala wld hv happnd.
