Nothing in the screenshot indicates that it's a Nigerian PayPal account. The name being Nigerian means nothing.

It has been confirmed that Nigerian business PayPal account (note I said business account, as different from the individual account) can now receive payment, but you'll need to embed PayPal payment link to your business website for it to work.

I do not think Nigerian paypal account are yet accepting.. Perhaps when am free, would try to find out..

However below are two screenshots of PayPal homepage in which One is a Nigerian while the other is not a Nigerian Homepage. if Nigerian acct are accepting payment, their should be something like business on the nigerian homepage too

Yes, when you create your account using other countries. But you can now create a Nigerian business account and receive payments by papal's code on your website only.

That's not true. I've experimented that and it doesn't work.
Created and verified Nigerian business PayPal account on February, requested payment on popads and it doesn't go through. They complained that their payment doesn't go through.

Those that claimed it work said you have to embed the PayPal link on your site which your entered as business website, not payment through email address.

I've not embedded to test it but it's so strange that a PayPal that can't receive direct payment will work with the api.
I'll check it out later.

Simply login to your existing business PayPal or create a new business account and install the API to your site to receive payments.

Something just happened that seems to substantiate this claim, PayPal refunded one Nigeria user and it went straight into his PayPal balance instead of his Naira MasterCard.
