I was able to log in through another browser, I check the dashboard, everything looks ok except for the device collection, it's say there that o have pic up my device with dates of collection and pic up center!!!

From OTP to change of password..
and profile still the same.

npowerng i got d OTP,changed my password,
uploaded my Passport and ID card....I have some issues though...

1. My passport is not displaying

2.My device collection center is showing an address in Lagos and that I've already collected the device,it also displays an imei number to that effect, how can this be sorted out?

Yes, sir. You would have to start all over. But if you have received your otp code, You can try using it.

Tried it on 2 mobile phones and 1 tab. Ucweb and chrome. I will go to cafe this morning.

hello Npower, I was able to update my details. I got to the point where I attached my passport but I couldn't attach my ID card and it submitted. How do I attach my ID or isn't it that important if it's not attached?

Hello help desk, I Jst called glo customer care abt my inability to generate otp number bt I ws referred bk to N power, dt the problem is wt the 3rd party. Pls how else can we get otp wtout dial the short code on our phone number

2. You didn’t make the final selection.

If I did'nt make it to the final, why would they send a congratulatory message to me?
