So I'm wondering. Cars get released before their model year. I hear of terms like government shutdown in developed countries.

So experts in the house,
how do we do it in nigeria where we pass the budget in the middle of the year? What does the government run on? Who accounts for all the expenses?

Last year's budget was signed around July..... it'll elapse in July of this year.

Budgets need to be scrutinized by national assembly. Though, they said they'll sign this year's budget early for implementation but it seems NASS is having difficulties with some portion of d budget. Let's hope they sign it this week as they said.
