The OP doesn't know what he is saying. North Korea don't have free access to anything as its a communist country where government own everything and they worship statues of their leaders. They are very poor and denied access to the world. They hate south Korea (before this their peace treaty) and wouldn't have used anything from the south. Which supplier dem born well to even bring it into the country? North Koreans citizens who live in the south are trapped becos they can't travel from south into north. Many are trapped for years.
