(i) What is the message all about?.

(ii) why is it being sent to an individual instead of a company or an establishment?

N/B: I know what Internal Revenue Service is and their services, but I just need to understand why this message was sent to me.

Hey there! The help I received from the IRS this past week was first class, and I appreciate the gentleman I spoke with. He took his time helping me get my case resolved and figure out what the issue was I having with my case, and he made my day that much better and relieved me of the stress I was going through.
