In the quest to meet up their weekly or monthly target, some mobile telecommunication marketers have deemed it fit to look for illegal ways to make money for their companies.
The common trick they use is by activating called tunez without your consent and at the end of the month N100 would be deducted from your recharge.
Another trick is by activating some so called tips, if I need tips on anything I know the right place to source for it, so please stop this rubbish... We can't work so hard to make this money only for some people to milk it from us.
Imagine them illegally activating 1million subscribers, that equals 1m X 100 : 100,000,000.00 naira monthly. They need to stop this.

Another trick is by stealing data, MTN is pretty good at this and GLO right now is following same path, how long will this nonsense continue before the appropriate authorities decide to look into it

NCC should really look into this.

Attached is a screenshot of how they operate.

NCC should look into this...

I observed that too. Not subcribing my line for a long time.

I don't use Glo for anything. They currently have nothing much to offer that other service providers can't.
Anyways, try not to leave more than N100 as balance. Or better still, borrow and make your call, then refund them later...when you feel like.

Had to just stop using the SIM. Our love affair ended in the most terrible way possible.
Of course it all started with these entirely useless random subscriptions. I tried reaching customer service to complain about these deductions whenever I recharge, all to no avail.
Their data service went incommunicado for over a week. Tried reaching their customer service, no way.
And even as it was off, they decided to make another useless deduction. That was the last straw that broke the camel's back.
On my way back from work, I went straight to an Airtel Service centre and got myself a new SIM.
The only time I used that glo SIM since then was when I heard the data service is back on. I just downloaded movies with the remaining data and that was it.

This is what I am planning to do... No more subscription on this useless Glo. So pissed about the criminal deductions.

Had to stop using Glo because of there poor service as well. Anytime I had poor service I thought it was the fault of my TECNO Camon CM, I never knew it was Glo.

With all the complains they will not listen until they loose their customers. MTN is very smart that is why their subscriber base is increasing on daily basis.
