Good morning my people, I have had to discontinue my pursuit of this Awka land after I found out that some of the lands were in dispute. I will never like to collect money from investors if I cannot guarantee the safety of their investments.

For all the other lands I acquired in Enugu, Ugwuomu and Akpuoga, all in Enugu, they are safe and very secure, only problem is that it's not developing with the speed I thought it will move with. I can help any of the land owners there do a fence, a new building, etc.

I am in the process of acquiring another land in Enugu for sale, but my priority is safety of the land first, then the certainty that the land will be developed immediately. I don't want bush business anymore. I will wait and be sure that I am getting something that will sell fast and develop fast. I plan to have something to sell within the next one or two months. Enugu most likely, because that's where my own leg strong small

The cost, that has been my dilemma. I am torn between choosing a location that's already developed, in 2which case it must be costly. Or a nice development surrounded area with cheap plots of around N3m to 4m, and we can storm the place and start building immediately. I have two locations for the second option, but if I am to go for the first option, already developed, it's not going to be cheaper than 15m.

I'm in for the 4m own. However I prefer if it's not towards Nike. I rather towards Enugu-onitsha road or Enugu-ph road. Also prefer estate than layout
