I think it's better to go for the hot S3 since it's just a difference of about 5k, how can hot 4,5 and 6 have front camera of 5mp. Do these guys realize the front camera quality is a critical criteria for buying phones these days?

Yes, but not on an Infinix phone. Samsung galaxy s9 8mp front camera takes better selfies than Huawei p20 pro's 20mp front camera. Though a software update might fix that.
