So, am a young hustler who got surprised seriously this afternoon.
I was at work when one of my client i once freelanced for called me, i got angry at first but since he is a big client i had to leave the job and quickly go see him. I felt something must still come out last last.... On getting to his house he asked me to get in his car. He took me to a newly developing area. He just completed one of his building and has 4 shops infront of his new apartment.

Surprisingly, he gave me one of the shops, i was surprised when he said the shop was mine and i can do whatever trade i want to do with it.... Thou he strongly said he doesnt want an illegal trade there.... I swear i wanted to hug, kiss and marry him at that point. This is my greatest shock in life.
I just left his house. I took my time to clean his cars. And did some chores.... Omo this was more than the 5k i might make today. I alway wanted a shop cos i work mostly fridays to sundays....
Plus with the shop, i wonr have to pay for an extra apartment... Na there i go dey sleep sef...
I just have this missed feelings. Am happy and sad. Happy cos of the shop, sad cos i dont know what to do with the shop now, and even if i did. No enough capital to start with.....

Pls nairalanders i need ur help....

One thing my client told me was that he likes young guys who hustle. That he sees me and remember when he was a hustler like me....

I don't want to sound like a religious fanatic, but when God sets you on a path,he goes ahead of you. Just find what needs to be done and capital go show.

Use your brain. Rent out the shop or become a proxy to other booming businesses; i.e you become a small branch and remit some payments weekly. Nobody on Nairaland would give you a loan free from collat, not to talk about about the loan itself.

PS: You could also start a full fledged outsourcing services with zero capital. I can put you through, but it isn't free of charge.

well the place lack alot but with my present skill, i can put up a photo studio... The cost of arranging one is ....... I tot of football betting, capital is still high
