1. Logistics Assistant

Responsibilities

-Ensure outgoing shipment is well packaged, track shipments and ensure deliveries
-Review and compare delivery cost and speed from vendors
-Receive incoming materials, compare what has been received from what was shipped
-Ensure the materials are in good condition, stock the materials in the warehouse and file all corresponding documentation
-Conduct a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly inventory and place orders with vendors as needed
-Monitor shipments, cost of shipments, arrival time and other important factors in the shipping process
-Processing reports, addressing inventory levels and needs on regular basis
-Generating and maintaining files of orders, invoices, packaging lists, returns and other important shipping and receiving documentation
-Prepare shipping list for outgoing items, retrieval and issuance of waybills and delivery notes and invoices
-Must have knowledge of Microsoft applications
-Excellent written and oral communication skills
-Must be smart, able to think outside the box
-Should be ready to lift heavy items

2. Quality Control Inspector

Responsibilities

-Check materials for flaws and defects, make sure that colours are correct and examine the quality of the final product.
-Verify that stitching are neat and strong, and verify that all products are produced to the required size and standard
-Keep accurate records of products checked
-Carry out statistical analysis
-Produce written reports for the production team and have regular meetings to discuss how quality standards can be maintained, or highlight problem areas that require review.
-Check the quality of products within a production run
-Produce reports of the findings
-Attend meetings to present feedback and recommendations
-Ensure that material wastage is eliminated by maintaining strict inspection of processes
-Graduate of Production, Mechanical or any related field
-Minimum of 2 years experience in a plastic, textile or related manufacturing industry is a must
-Must be able to control production staff
-Microsoft application skills is a must
-Good interpersonal relationship skills

Summary: The Storekeeper maintains an adequate inventory of supplies, materials, parts, tools, and equipment necessary to provide timely service in a cost effective manner.

• Disburse inventory as appropriate and with documentation to ensure proper accounting and receipt of payment.
• Order, receive, store, safeguard, maintain, and disburse parts, materials, supplies, tools and equipment.
• Ensure that inventory count is adequate, cost effective, and accurate using various methods such as a full inventory count or Stock cards.
• Determine stocking levels and reorder points.
• Store inventory appropriately for safekeeping and easy retrieval.
• Conveys materials and items from receiving to storage or to other designated areas.
• Safeguard inventory to reduce costs caused by factors such as misappropriation or damage.
• Issues material to logistics staff, production team in current system based on request specifications.
• Ensure the production department is satisfied with materials needed to run, inform workers concerned about the availability of a previous stock out of item
• Locate sources for, order, and acquire items needed but not stocked in an efficient and cost effective manner.
• Performs inventory audits at all warehouses, as required
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment.
• Give daily reports on stock availability and values.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Logistics/Procurement Manager.
