President Muhammadu Buhari has been called upon to probe the alleged approval of the $16 billion (N5.76 trillion) power project by former president Olusegun Obasanjo. Two civil society organisations, Socio-Economic and Right Accountability Project (SERAP) and that of Centre for Anti-Corruption and Open Leadership (CACOL) said the president should probe and not just comment on the project.
