The building is at Beesam estate, very close to the murtala Mohammed international airport & Ikeja airforce base. The price is fair.

Just curious, why cant the house be cleaned up after the workers have finished working on it. A clean house would command a better price in my opinion

Seriously, many agents and landlords in Lagos don't have conscience. How can you request an agreement/agent fee of 300k on a 650k apartment?

You guys really need to calm down and relax this exorbitant pricing. One of my recent findings showed that rents in Lagos are now higher than cost of rentals in Los Angeles/California and other world's economic centres like New York and Jorhanessburg. Thanks to you guys!

Of course, the level of ignorance is too much in Nigeria. A lot of tenants (especially in Lagos Island) don't know they're paying way more than tenants in many developed cities of the world. Money they should have taken elsewhere, they waste them in shantytowns where minimum wage is 18,000 and grow old with nothing.

Haba, how much is the average monthly salary in Ikeja? We need to start telling ourselves the truth.

Please note I'm not trying to "spoil your market". Yours is probably one of the cheapest anyone can find in Ikeja. I'm only stating my opinion on a general trend especially on Lagos Island.

Happy sales!

My sentiments exactly. If this is not greed, I don't know what else to call it. As if if they don't get all that cash on this one apartment, life will end. By the way, what's the difference between Agreement and Legal fees?
I know this house very well and I know the owners (no be dem Twins house on Akani Sowunmi?) If anybody is interested, let the agent collect 5% on the rent amount then have the owners agree on what their lawyers will change for his services, else contact me and I'll take you to the owners. Simple.
