The delay in the rail project has nothing to do with funding. Contrary to your point, the light rail project is on-going and continues to be funded by all the parties involved.

As for employing more techers/monitors, personally I am totally against the state bloathing the civil services. Particularly in fields in which the private sector is already doing much better.

Consequent to the above points, please note that the Lagos State government is doing just fine in the eyes of majority Lagosians.
