Being a believer does not exempt you from various situations associated with this life. However, the Lord has promised to stand by the righteous to bring His word to pass!!!

"Many are the afflictions of the righteous, But the LORD delivers him out of them all" (Psalm 34:19 NKJV)

A man was confused and asked: Why did God allow evil to befall good people? Why should those who give themselves to righteous living be having bad ordeal in life? I don't know if you have come to a point of asking why endlessly as a result of what have happened to you and what you have seen happening to men.

Whenever a man takes a bold step to stand for the Lord and live according to His way, in this perverse generation, he has succeeded in drawing a battle line with the devil and his agents. The afflictions the likes of Joseph, Daniel, three Hebrews had was as a result of righteousness. But the story of their lives did not end at the affliction stage; their ordeal became a testimony of God's goodness suitable to encourage men in this endtime. For those who choose to obey God and live righteously, will be delivered from their trouble.

Lord! Deliver us in your righteousness from every issue troubling our lives in Jesus name. Amen!!!

No matter how numerous the challenges of the righteous may be, he will be delivered from all!!!
