Our client, a clothing retail chain is receiving applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill the role of a Sales Manager/Co-ordinator to manage their outlets in Ajah, Sangotedo and Lekki Phase 1

Summary:
Our ideal candidate is a graduate, tall and fashionable, above 30 years old and has retail or customer service experience.

Core competencies will include excellent customer service skills, customer relationship management skills, analytic and numeric capabilities, ability to communicate (oral and written) fluently and effectively in English Language.

Responsibilities:
• Training, supervising and appraising staff
• Managing budgets and petty cash float
• Maintaining financial records and preparing reports
• Promoting and marketing the business
• Dealing with customer queries and complaints
• Overseeing inventory management
• Meeting sales targets
• Ensuring compliance with company policy
• Preparing promotional materials and displays
• Retail display and visual merchandising
• Online marketing using social media, etc

Salary: N70,000 – N90,000 per month
