Whereas, mirthful for the all-white Blancos, as they clinch their thirteen,
In what was a glorious UEFA moment, for them to relive.


From all acres of the world came men to the new Mecca,
Where the big stage for the beautiful game was due,

It was a flying start for the reds from kick-off,

Before long, their luck was short-lived,

And thus, ended Madrid's 2017/2018 campaign in a BOFF.

It's well over a week since the triumph of the white, and I've long been wanting to post this in honour of their glorious victory...
