The Golden cloaks are loyal to Jamie than to Cersei, so I'm sure that wherever Jamie goes, either to join his Imp Brother (who deep down he loves for his uncommon sense and wisdom and realistic talks), and Kneel to the Khaleesi. That way he can get trusted, The golden cloaks may follow him. But what this may mean to Daenarys is that two Lannisters are now in her camp and she needs be careful.

He may team up with Brienne of Faith at Winterfell and Maybe promise her life if they survive the winter war coming. Starks may not like his presence, especially Arya, But Brandon may just about salvage the situo with one or two from Jon Snow. I don't see Khaleesi marrying anyone but for love. John Snow is too much of a powerful force in her life now.
Gendry is not a 'match'. She can get him to make 'dragon-glass' without marrying him. Besides, Gendry is not a power-drunk ursuper. Gendry is too much of a gentle man and could care less who sits on the throne of the of the 5 kingdoms. He just wants to live in peace and avoid all that drama. Khaleesi needs a warrior.
