Buhari is using the word “transmission” to distract the senate from the content of the amended bill. I hold Buhari in suspicion over any bill sent by him to the senate after the water bill and his insistence on grazing route. Senators from the south should scrutinize the bill well because he might have ulterior motive to amend the bill to favor his Fulani clan.
