IT maintenance Engineer needed in a telco.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work at Customer site to maintenance IT product (include server, storage, Backup Solution)

Skill requirements:

l Minimum 3 years’ experience in IT support.

l Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or other related field.

l Proficient in server and storage configuration and maintenance. Maintenance experience on general storage and server vendors, such as EMC, NetApp, IBM, HP, Huawei..

l Knowledge of Windows OS and related technologies(such as AD, DHCP,DNS and so on)

l Knowledge of Linux, Solaris and AIX.

l Knowledge of basic networking concepts and technologies (TCP/IP, DHCP, VLAN, VPN, etc.)

l Experience with Enterprise level hardware and TCP/IP Network configuration.

l Strong organizational, written, inter-personal, and oral communication skills.

l Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

l Having CCNA\HCNA certification is plus.

l Have the maintenance experience on NBU\Simpana software.
