In this post, I will be sharing the step by step guide on how you can setup a business Email that has your blog/website URL. e.g adefemi@vastinsightblog .com



Zoho mail is free to use for adding up to 25 users with your blog URL. It gives you complete control of your inbox and helps you manage your subscription email list effectively. It can be used to create Email groups for your business and multiple users will be added to that group.

For example: hr@websiteurl .com, with this group, you can add multiple users to the "HR" group.



Zoho mail can also be used to manage contacts, calendar, tasks, notes, bookmarks. It also provides extensive control panel for the administrators to manage their organization users, email accounts and policies.



Switching the email service from existing provider to Zoho Mail is easier than you think. You can migrate via IMAP or use the Exchange migration wizard to migrate from Outlook/ Exchange.







STEP BY STEP SETUP GUIDE FOR ZOHO MAIL



STEP 1:

Click here to go to official page and click on "Sign Up now" option which will lead you to the "Pricing & Sign Up" page. This page gives a complete overview of the pricing plans. Take a look at it all, select the plan that best fits your organization's requirements and click " Sign Up".



You can as well scroll down to sign up for free plan by clicking on "GET STARTED".



STEP 2:



You will be given two options to set up your e-mail. Either "Sign up with a Domain you already own" OR "Buy a new Domain for your Business".







After you input your domain name, a new window will be loaded just like below.







Enter your name, mobile number (ensure your mobile number is active as it will be used to activate your email account), password (make sure your password is strong), add the name you want in the administrator account space such as your first name, admin, support, etc. Select the terms of service and privacy policy. Then click on "SIGN UP"



STEP 3: After sign up, you will be directed to the next page and prompted to verify your phone number. (An SMS will be sent to the mobile number provided containing verification code).

Supply the code in the space provided and click on "VERIFY MY MOBILE"



Follow the prompt as it says and supply the necessary details such as back up phone number etc.

When you are done with that, then you proceed to verification of your domain name.
