Job Title: Receptionist (Male)

Office Location: Allen Ikeja, Lagos

The Receptionist is responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support in order to ensure that the school office services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.

Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the Company

Main Activities

*Receive, direct and relay telephone calls and messages
*Pick up and deliver the mail
*Open and date stamp all general correspondence
*Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
*Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls
*Make preparations for meetings
*Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies
*Respond to public inquiries
*Provide word-processing and secretarial support
*Perform clerical duties in order to maintain Office administration
*Develop and maintain a current and accurate filing system
*Monitor the use of supplies and equipment
*Coordinate the repair and maintenance of office equipment
*Performs receptionist functions
*Answer all incoming calls and handle caller’s inquiries whenever possible
*Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required
*Greet, assist and/or direct students, visitors and the general public
*Supports the Principal and other staffs
*Assist in the Office
*Provide administrative services for the Principal
*Perform other related duties as required



Candidate Requirements

*Applicant MUST be Male.

*All Applicant should possess a minimum of OND in any related field. Other qualification is an added advantage.

The incumbent must demonstrate the following skills:

*computer skills including the ability to spreadsheet and word processing programs at a highly proficient level

Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Description
We are looking for a pleasant Front Desk Representative to undertake all receptionist and clerical duties at the desk of our main entrance
You will be the “face” of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make.
The goal is to make guests and visitors feel comfortable and valued while on our premises.
Responsibilities
Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
Greet and welcome guests
Answer questions and address complaints
Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
Check, sort and forward emails
Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
Keep updated records and files
Monitor office expenses and costs
Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.)
Requirements
Proven experience as Front Desk Representative, agent or relevant position
Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.)
Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
Proficient in English (oral and written)
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
Strong communication and people skills
Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
Problem-solving skills
Customer service orientation
Lower credit in any administrative/ managerial field; additional qualifications will be a plus.
