Set timed shutdown before going to bed, and automatic start up before getting up the next morning, then you can put the bedside.

this set timed shutdown/restart feature on my phone doesn't even work sef.. Its annoying

in my hand or beside my head.

Everyday, I switch my phone OFF from 10:30pm - 6:20am (wake-up alarm rings). Then begin to meditate, think and plan, before I eventually dooze off

Any call or message that comes in between at this time is OYO.

This is a healthy habit that I've kept for years now. I don't compromise my sleep o, I have to be alert, not-half sleepy and mentally sound to face the next day's task.

I ususally switch it off and drop it beside my bed, until a friend of mine advice not to be switching off as emagency call might come

I usually put it at the middle of my 2 pillow incase i may have an emergency call , it will easily wake me up coz is not not far to me at all.

I put it in the toilet to avoid sleeping temptation.
