Mainstream bible believing christians dont really care about other religions besides theirs. they just dont care.
Just like most people dont really research the origins of santa claus-because, any grown up knows santa isnt real-that's it.

But JW's are often categorized as christians.
Non-JW christians just think of them as deluded misguided people-but christians all the same.
They mention Jesus, then they mention God - in one sentence. And they dont mention those names with hate and blasphemy as say a muslim would do! and above all they tote a bible.
Ok, they'r good to go. They're in.

But their gospel is weird and so far from the bible.
Infact, holding bible side by side and reading it sincerely will deconvert a JW-without human intervention.

This is their basic gospel.

All the world is in satan's control-
God will destroy the whole world because it is in satan's control thru the great purging of Armageddon.
All those that are not part of satan's system will be destroyed.
Those not in satan's system will be saved.

Sounds like a doctrine built on a biblical template.
But there are snags.
Salvation in the bible is spiritual-
You need Jesus and you need to be cleansed from sin
and you need believe in your heart and confess with your mouth that Jesus is the Saviour to be saved.

In other words , Salvation is a spiritual thing.
If you believe and confess you are in!
It's a faith thing. No human merits involved.
With the JW,its a membership thing.
If you are not a JW, and you are not in their organization you arent it.

2) Salvation is from a couple of things:
One primarily the second death - hell/lake of fire
and sin. It's a spiritual thing.
With the JW, it's from the war of God, Armeggedon.
It's no different than salvation from a nuclear holocaust-except that the Attacker is God so man-made remedies will fail.

3) Salvation from sin for human kind is only through the shedding of perfect sinless blood because
blood is the instrument for removal of sin (purging of sin)
. The christian still has to apply the blood to purge his sins he commits after being saved.
This concept is lacking in the JW religion.
They have moral standards and judge sin by different kinds of punishments and deterrents but never
the removal of sin . The blood of Jesus is never applied or invoked.
Jesus is never a Saviour nor called upon to forgive and cleanse from sin.

4) In the bible and mainstream christianity the unsaved are those who reject God's
precious gift of salvation.
At death their judgement begins-they go to hell and in the final judgement they are cast into the lake
of fire.
With JW, it isnt so. There's no hell.
The unsaved (non-JWs) are burnt to a crisp - totally destroyed (anihilation) by God.
Nothing else.

5) The rapture.
The second coming of christ occurs twice after the church age.
one the rapture then the second coming where he touches down on earth to fight his enemies and set up his kingdom.
The JWs scoff at the idea of a rapture.


So in summary, the JW gospel is centered around Armageddon and salvation simply is a physical thing.
Humans are merely physical entities without eternal souls.
They're destroyed and cease to completely exists and that is the judgemnt of God-ceasation of existence
of the "unsaved"

6) The saved are of two classes:
Those who go to heaven and those who remain on earth in a paradise after the battle of armageddon.
Of course we know that that contradicts the bible.
From the bible, all born again christians go to heaven at death and at the rapture
and those who remain after the end of war with God rule with him in his millenial kingdon,

7) All human governments are evil
The JW hold that all governments are evil and under satan's system.
Hence they pay no allegiance to them.
Odd, because JW were part of the United nations from 1992 to around 2002!!
So much for a religion that spurns the satanic system.
The bible on the other hand, teaches that,
Christians are to obey civil authority, not recognizing them as God, but in honour to God because
all powers that be are appointed by God (allowed to rule by God's will) and that God uses
Governments to fulfill his purpose e.g the punishment of evil doers etc.
We see Jesus running his ministry under and oppressive non-indigenous government (the Romans)
and yet he still said (render to ceaser what is ceaser's and to God what is God's).

Assuming you are explaining to someone who knew nothing about the Bible than the story of Adam and Eve (the first couple that sinned) and you want to establish the ideology of eternal torment in hellfire, as you've said that man is three in one creature.Please what part of Adam is to suffer for eternity,his spirit,his body or his soul? And where will the other parts be when one part is suffering in hell fire?
