ShopRite have learnt from their last mistake. They almost looted all ShopRite goods last sallah. Last sallah, some bought fast food. Ate it and drop d container. People almost finished their drinks inside the mall without paying.
It does happen in the western world too.

Wow, the only thing I do on sallah day is, come back from mosque, eat plenty chicken, sleep , wake up play video games & speak with family & friends.

Second sallah day na to find one nice tree with shade close to the main road, arrange our chairs with cold drinks as we observed the yearly royal durbar.

3rd sallah day na to sleep till 11 o clock, then visit some close friends.

This is funny AF. ShopRite and a handful of other shopping malls are the only sight-seeing centres in many Nigerian states. No zoos, no parks, no fvcking beaches. Shopping malls are for shopping and actually buying stuff, not for celebrating Ramadan and Christmas.

I bet my Python 3.6 Compiler that 90% of these people have no cash to buy anything.

You want to have zoo in a zoo?

For most Nigerians, shoprite is a recreational resort for sightseeing and relaxation. For the locals, its akin to going to Disneyland.

Blame the state government when you make your state attractive to investors, they will come and build recreational parks in them. That being said the government is missing out on an opportunity here. Are they telling me that they cannot build a local park or attraction for these people?. Shoprite Illorin is not like the one in Lagos this is more like a supermarket it does not have the facilities for people to come, relax and steal.

Thank you for this comment. The generations of Saraki family to come will pay for all their parents atrocities. I really don't understand why average Nigerians can't wake up and hold these people accountable for their ills.

While it is natural to criticize people for going to shopping malls for sight seeing, we should take not that although ShopRite is a shopping mall, there also exist hang out spots which sometimes allow for one to buy stuffs from the mall to be consumed there. It's also a holiday period which makes this more likely. This just shows that there is need for investments in recreational centres which not only would attract people and it would provide employment and remove Monopoly from ShopRite (remember it is not an indigenous company)

Check out the mammoth crowd that showed up at Shoprite Ilorin today to celebrate the the Ramadan holiday.

According to a whatsapp friend who works in shoprite Ilorin, She made it known to a GidiTrendz admin that Shoprite resorted to ‘bouncing’ lots of people after this huge crowd stormed their store. They quickly shut their doors to prevent others from coming.

Watch Video via >>>> http://giditrendz.com/shoprite-ilorin-shut-down-after-massive-crowd-stormed-their-store-photos-video/

This Moslems sef should be banned from flooding places like Shoprite, like they always become nuisance during festivities at ICM or other parks scattered all over Lagos. Thats why I don't visit those locations during festivities, so in organised set of "Almajiris"
