Hi house, what software is used here, and how?

It can be done with Photoshop or Corel draw but it's more likely to be a Photoshop work.
For Photoshop, you'll draw the shape with the shape tool and reduce the opacity then type in your text.
For corel draw, draw the shape with the shape tool and reduce the transparency and add text.
I can't say much about how the logo at the bottom right corner was designed

It can be done with both photoshop, illustrator and corel draw. I will speak on illustrator and Photoshop because i use both very well.

Photoshop... For the reddish round shape and rectangular shape, you can use shape or pen tool to create the shape and reduce the opacity.. then select white, type tool... and type.

for the logo and "take it back" text.....for the logo, you can just use pen tool to create a circular spiral shape and create little ink splash or splatter effect on the shape, you can add little drop shadow or emboss a little to make it stand out.For the "take it out" text... select type tool, red color and type.. after typing, go to stroke and add white... to give the text a white stroke and increase the stroke to range 3-5.

Illustrator.... for the reddish round and rectangular shape... almost thesame with photoshop, pen tool or use shape.. reduce opacity...type.

for the logo... almost the same with photoshop... you can use pen tool to create little rough splash effect to the spiral circular shape. For the "take it back" text, select red, type tool and type... then add white stroke.. or use offset path for the white color around the edge of the text.
