It's like SARS are gradually becoming the robbers they were formed to combat. After many of them have been exposed by phone cameras they've now adopted the typical armed robbery tactics of covering their faces for illegal checks to make it difficult to identify them. This country is finished   lalasticlala please take this to front-page so people can be aware. thanks
