Going by the record and with comparison with other higher institution ,i would agree that Lagos State University is ranked the worst to response time of processing student document either for graduation or sending transcript abroad

I would like to ask a question that what is actually wrong with the institution non academic staff especially those in records office department? how could one explain a request for a transcript since on the April 30th 2018,and uptil today is yet to be processed and despite the fact that all charges almost 25 thousand naira have been fully paid.

The attitude of this worker is lackadaisical and ,non appealing, from the very first stay i step into the office at the ICT center, i knew something is serious wrong with the setting, they are so lousy and lack office decorum, especially those old women who are by now ought to have retired

i believe an institution ought to be responsible and proactive, i challenge the vice chancellor,Fagbohun and the school management board authority to do a total cleaning of the school staff and flush out the bad ones and replace them with fresh young graduate who are ready to work and deliver prompt service, as the image of LASU is not something to be proud of outside, there are also report that students are not getting their academic result as at when due especially part time student , something needed to be done fast

In as much as I empathise with u on the delay, Lemi make it clear here that lasu is not alone in this.
I applied for transcripts from Lasu and Unilag on 21/03/2018. Lasu has since sent since April, Unilag is yet to send.
