But I saw sometimes ago that a nairalander had an issh like this and after some steps he took he got it resolved. Please help me and my dad too.
So, out of the 4 flats in the building, only one has been completed at all and is being inhabited, the rest is very much uncompleted and no one is living there. Suddenly we started getting bills for four flats and all attempts to reach them for a resolve failed. After the bills were becoming too much, dad asked them to remove the light. We thought it was over then they kept bringing the bills and we were not even using light! I was shook!
Now, even after dad has seen and is still seeing a lawyer, the bills have accumulated to over 400k
And they even bring bills of 6k per month and all we even have in the house ATM that I can say consumes electricity is only the pumping machine. We don't have more than the basic Electronics an average man has in his house, yet they charge 6k per month!!! .
Lastweek when I got home, they've removed the light again and these people still brought bills for all the flats, the one we're staying in and the 3 that no one is staying in.
And they've declined to give us the prepaid meter!

dont pay them even one naira, use that money and buy a small 1000watts solar system of 250k, it will serve you better than nepa.
