because these countries dont have a football team that can qualify to be amongst the top 32 teams in the world... and as much as many teams aint that great in this year's WC, all managed to qualify. btw the lowest ranked team in this WC is Russia (ranked 70) while israel is ranked 93 and India 97. go figure! |
