Nope, on the contrary they aren't. Wall Geckos are the most peaceful and harmless reptiles in the world. They absolutely secrete no poisons or toxins. Even if u catch them, they don't even bite. If lizards were birds, I'd liken a Wall Gecko to a Dove or Pigeon.

In case you guys never knew, a wall gecko is deadly, it's so poisonous that for its saliva to touch a humans toothbrush, it kills, you get sick and doctors keep running like soldiers in a battlefield and still the patient dies, that's why toothbrush covers are advised for use,
A 2 year old child was spotted eating a dried wall gecko, almost 30 minutes later the child started acting funny, weak and vitals changed too, took some insane skills of a medical consultant to save that life, till date that boy is still not fully stable he physical appearance isn't normal, loose tongues sink ships, don't make people feel it's safe for geckos to be around the home.

Unfortunately poster, the lady who gave this great testimony is not an idiot. An idiot will be someone who sees how God has saved a whole family by averting great danger but calling it ungrateful. Unfortunately, you are ignorant of the fact that Wall geckos have poisonous glands even if you cooked it to stupor and ate it, you will die. Mind you, chemicals only get worse in heat.
