Lessons Learnt From The Tanker Fire Tragedy. by Iscoflexxman: 12:15pm On Jun 30, 2018
Lessons learnt from "Lagos - Ibadan express way" tragedy:
1.Give enough safe distance between you and the next vehicle to allow for manoeuvering in case of emergency. Depending on the level of emergency though.
2. When you see people running out of their cars in an emergency, don't try to reverse your car. Swiftly open your door, and if possible ask questions while running.
3. Be very alert and conscious of what type of vehicle is besides, in front, behind you especially on a slope downward or upwards.
4. Never be in front or behind a trailer /tanker on a sloppy road.
5. Don't EVER be close to any of these trucks carrying petroleum products with any form of leakage around the tanks.
6. Park vehicles only on designated areas
7. Think ahead, be spontaneous and anticipate !!!
8. Do not allow a nagging wife or girlfriend sit on the front seat.
Please feel free to add yours,
You can save a life while our government is still trying to get trailers and tankers off commuter roads.

Nigerians will still b Nigerians ... Guv dis less than a month and it would have been forgotten and remembered as anoda unfortunate incident.. Danfo drivers will still b danfo drivers, tankers and trailers will still b a menace on our roads ... Some Nigerians will still scoop fuel wen a tanker spills it and onlookers will still record and take photos with their fones...Life will go on as usual until anoda incident teaches us anoda lesson and we go all over it again and again... It is an endless cycle
