Antonio Conte has taken charge of pre-season training at Chelsea despite reports he could be sacked.

Chelsea are understood to be close to a deal for ex Napoli manager  Maurizio Sarri.

The managerial change will likely cost the club alot of funds with Napoli demanding around £4.4m for Sarri's release while Conte must be paid £9m to have his contract terminated.

Sarri's representatives are understood to have spoken with Chelsea in recent days.

But Conte looks determined to acts as though it's business as usual.

He took charge of training today as Chelsea's players not at the World Cup returned for pre-season training.
