This has been going on for over a year, I have apps I use which I would want access to some other features and I have to pay, but I always get a try another card after inputing card details. Recently followed a guide that said it was because Nigerian banks (some) don't want to charge in naira, so I should change address to a US address. Problem still persists.

What should I do? Google support forums... I have not seen anything helpful there either as many other persons seem to face the same problem. Who knows a way out?
