To check your Tarrif plan if it's on SMART CONNECT, dial *121#, select 3 then select 5. You will see your tarrif plan.

Every Airtel SIM comes with SMART CONNECT on default until it is changed. I don't think there are special plans for 4G devices but users may be in a better position to explain
