I am more than sure that this is just a mere attempt to sabotage management of that Bank. By the way Journalist or reporters should always be more than sure about the source of their information and credibility of News stories before coming here to post just anything in the name of being trendy or being up to date. Fidelity Bank is one of t

One thing I know is that before people come out to protest, they must have been pushed to the limit, protest is usually the last resort of the common man, there’s something Fidelity Bank is not doing right, else these guys would not be here protesting. They need to settle this amicably to avoid dragging the Bank’s name unnecessarily. My simple opinion.

Stupid bank, you can't carry out a transaction on your mobile app without first acquiring a pin which would cost nothing less than #1400, coupled with unnecessary deductions made in one's account.

This news is obviously false. Fidelity Bank is a leading tier 2 Bank in Nigeria. This is obviously a strategy to sabotage management of Fidelity. If issues relating to staff remuneration is being brought to the notice of the management, definitely something will be done about it. Journalist should always find out about the credibility of every news being put out there. We must also be careful about the kind of news we consume in the name of being trendy. To every problem, there is always a solution. God bless Nigeria. smiley smiley

You people should calm down, this doesn’t call for deposit withdrawals, I believe it’s a management issue and if they have a listening management leadership, staff remuneration should be an issue.
So calm down, don’t pull the Bank down because of this minor issue.

I hope the leadership of Fidelity Bank would listen to the complaints of these guys and settle with them. I hate it when the management feels they’re untouchable, ordinary public perception could kill an organization. Fidelity should get this right.

The bank has not paid the outsourcing firm that is why they are owing their employee

Highly doubtful. I worked with the Finance department of a bank, and monthly payments to outsourcing companies were done around same time as payroll is done for full staff.

If the outsourcing company hasn’t paid their employees then they probably didn’t send it to the banks for payment.

Banks don’t owe their staff salaries.

I know someone who works with Fidelity Bank and I can tell you she is not owed a dime, these are former staff who were laid off. All these could have been settled amicably with the management, no need to bring the bank down, but then this is Nigeria.

Fidelity bank has been a useless bank. They sacked some set of drivers and refused to pay them off. I interviewed one of them that day. Charles Aigbe is misdirecting the public. NPF should pls take note. Fidelity bank should pay their drivers their entitlement. This injustice must stop
