So I’m watching and trying to learn.

of course they can ,its a question of information ,a dude with a mobile data phone gets a information dat a guy is selling an imported product's, he call's d guy and becomes his distributor, and then sells to market women whom only own a Nokia torch phone, and don't even know nairaland exist at all,so it's not a Case of preference, every body Can buy d product's,dere is no exception,u dig?

I don’t dig.

So the day the market women discovers Nairaland is the day that the distributor goes out of business?

So there’s no assigned territory, no sales to retailers?

Sir, before you resign at your place of work here in Lagos, look for a good laundry and dry cleaning outfit, attach your self with them, learn how to do laundry, not just Laundry but dry cleaning as well, or better still get in touch with me, I will teach you the in and out of Laundry and Dry Cleaning, I dye all manner of clothes, I do Tie & dye, formulate all manner of Laundry soap and stain remover, industrial starch, I am in same condition you are right now, I work in Lagos but my family are some where in Ogun state, I make nothing less thank 5-7k every Saturday for doing Laundry alone each weekend i go home, I intend going fully into this business by next year if all things being equal, you don't need big money to start, with just a good generator which is about N70,000 - N90k and one dry Iron you are good to go. You can just take your leave at your place of work after acquiring the training, use the leave days to start this business at your hood in Ibadan, I can assure you this, Laundry and Dry Cleaning is a good business to do any day any time, I am not being tribalistic, most Yoruba young boys and men are lazy to wash, they love faaji and they can spend just to make sure the Ankara material is standing on their body, so long you are good at your work, you will be tired of working. if you are ready, just 6 Saturdays is enough for me to equip you on this journey and my charges ate very friendly, I will teach you all you need to know about this business and will also make sure that when you start, you will be able to formulate your industrial starch your self, make your Laundry soap your self, make your stain remover your self, you will have an edge over competition, you will also leverage on the skills to save expense, you will as well learn how to do the real Drying Cleaning i.e using chemical to wash or dying different kinds of Fabrics your self, this segment alone will silence your competitors because is just few dry cleaners that render such services. I am not compelling you to contact me. but I am assuring you that if you are looking for any business to do, think laundry and dry cleaning, the beauty of this business is that it will give you room to run other business, e.g you wash your clothes 7-9am after which you will be off for other business, once it is up to 4pm or so, you pack the clothes and start ironing or you set aside a day for ironing.

Buy as many 2003 to 2007 Corolla, Matrix, Vibe, Camry, ES300 or ES330 fill trunks with oil (as many as can be bought with some money still left for shipping, clearing and repairs if need be) if possible make sure all are in a container which will be cleared whole and taken from the port and stack consumer goods in free spaces within the container.
Fix and retail cars in Ìbàdàn.

Well, you're speaking sense... I like that strategy too but I don't think I'm that person for such business. This kind of business requires you to meet with traders to market your product... I avoid going to market for my own personal needs, would rather send someone.

Thanks for your input all the same. ..

Hmm, wonderful business idea sir. I'd like to call this peculiar laundry and exceptional dry cleaning service. Unfortunately I'm one of those young yoruba boys/men who are lazy to wash... I patronize a drycleaner myself.

Loosely translated from Yoruba, it means behind wealth will be some unsavory work.

Also what about Bet9ja? Any Ibadan experience ? The last time I went to Ibadan I noticed bet9ja outlets are not that much compared to Lagos. Is it that IB guys don't play "Tete" or they don't watch ball?
