I woke up the next morning feeling good, no scratch that, I felt awesome!! Last night was amazing and long overdue! I had been dying for Blair to make the first move but he was taking too long! 3 months under the same roof with an amazing guy like Blair Taylor or Jude Howard, I was bound to end up feeling something and I knew he felt the same way too but damn! He was fucking slow! This gentleman thing of his can be so annoying sometimes . Anyway I stretched happily and got of out bed, I went to find one of his t-shirts and wore the one I liked best, I slipped my feet into his big slippers because all my stuff was upstairs. Though he was already awake and I knew that he would have taken Brec, I went to check in her room anyway. She was still in bed, wide awake and minding her own business. Her face lit up when she saw me, she smiled and lifted up her arms

Me "aahhh mommy's little angel is awake! Hello my little Reignie...morning baby!" I picked her up and covered her in kisses while she giggled, hiding herself in my hair. I went to change her nappy

Me "I love you so much, its like I'm the one who gave birth to you. I love being your mom and I hope that I will be around long enough to see you grow up into a beautiful young lady and just between us girls...I hope your daddy has the intentions to keep me around because God knows how much I want to be with you Americans, you waltzed into my life and created a permanent space in this ice queen's frozen heart. I love you" I picked her up and kissed her "lets go see what your daddy is up to" we walked out of her room to the lounge and I stopped to a halt when I saw Blair standing with so many unfamiliar faces and some woman holding on to him like her life depended on it.

Brec made excited baby sounds as soon as she saw her father, they all turned to face us including the woman clinging on to Blair, she detached herself from him. I looked at Blair in confusion but he had this blank expression on his face

Me "Blair Taylor? Kinchana?" I decided to ask him in Korean, he shook himself out of where ever he was and looked at me

Blair "oh Yoona...!" He walked towards me and took Brec from me, I searched his face to see if he was okay "ah yeah...kinchana" I looked back at these people and they just stared at us

Me "who....?" I asked him still speaking Korean

Guy1 "Oh! We had no idea you have a visitor uh....Blair....oh morning miss! I'm Chase, his friend" he came to shake my hand, I just stared at him with a blank face. Blair didnt tell me he was going to have visitors but judging by his face, he didnt know they were coming either "do you understand English? I...am...Blair's friend......friend" I still gave him a blank face, hating that he was in my face like that and speaking to me like some uneducated street hoodrat

Woman "is that her?" She asked in a shaky voice, she slowly walked towards us and the other guy was just standing there. The woman tried to reach out to Brec but she refused, Blair took a step back from her

Blair "Yoona, can I talk to you for a second?" I nodded, he grabbed my arm and pulled me outside to the pool are "look uh...there is something I have been wanting to tell you for a long time now, I dont know how you will take it but I hope it doesnt ruin things between us...." I knew what he wanted to tell me, he opened his mouth but struggled to find the words, I could see that it was hard for him and he was scared I'd leave

Me "its okay Jude Howard..." his expression changed to shock mixed with confusion

Jude "wha....how did you....you know my...." I chuckled

Me "mm, I'm sorry but my father did an intensive background check on you and found out that you faked your death and changed your identity then came here, I've known for the past two months and I'm sorry I didnt say anything" he was still dumbstruck, poor guy had too many bombs being dropped on him in one morning "its okay Blair Taylor or Jude Howard, I know that you have a past and it doesnt matter to me what it is...I still want to stay"

Jude "really?" I nodded then stood on my toes and kissed him, Brec clapped happily and we both chuckled

Me "she likes it"

Jude "of course she does! We had sleepless nights talking about this" I laughed

Me "really? Cos we did too" he laughed too

Jude "we burdened our daughter with our love issues instead of just talking to each other"

Me "she is a really good listener though"

Jude "I dont dispute that" we laughed again and Reign joined in

Me "but uh...those people in there?"

Jude "uh" he scratched his head "my American friends, Chase and Jason, they just sprung a surprise visit on me....I still dont know why they brough Leila"

Me "Leila...?"

Jude "Reign's birth mother" I felt a twist in my heart

Me "birth mother? What is she doing here?"

Jude "I dont know but I intend to find out"

Me "Jude....." he looked at me, I was scared...what if I would lose Reign and him? What were his friends doing here anyway and why would they bring her?

Jude "its okay, I promise I will fix this okay?" I nodded and he smiled "say it again?"

Me "what?"

Jude "my name"

Me "mm Blair Taylor "

Jude "no!"

Me "mm then, Jude Howard?" He smiled

Jude "yes...but remember you cant call me that when there's other people around"

Me "okay" he kissed my forehead and gave me Brec then we walked back to the lounge "I need to get ready for work"

Jude "okay"

Me "the baby?"

Jude "its okay " I smiled at him then gave a bow to his friend and walked upstairs to my room

I was angry and confused, I just couldnt understand why Chase would bring these people to my house without even asking me and worst of all, why the Bleep he brought Leila!

Chase "who is the Korean beauty? The chaebol JinHo told me about?"

Me "what are you doing here Chase?" I tried to ask calmly, supressing my anger "and why did you bring her?" I said looking at Leila

Jase "look man, I just really wanted to see you and I thought you said, you'd give Leila another chance"

Me "another chance to do what?"

Jay "so you can raise Reign together, thats why I told her the truth and we brought her here"

Me "you should have spoken to me about it first! You cant just rock up here...how the hell am I supposed to explain your presence to people?! Come on guys, are you kidding me?!"

Chase "Jude! Why are you so angry? I only helped you reconnect with the people you love"

Me "no Chase, you interfered and bleeped with my life okay?! Telling Jason I am still alive and why I had to lie about dying then bringing him and Leila here...those are things I wanted to do in my own time. What you have done is a serious dick move"

Chase "wow! So ungrateful this guy!"

Jay "Jude.....are you saying that you're not happy to see us?"

Me "thats not what this is about and he knows it! What will I tell people when suddenly I have all these people in my house! How will any of this commemorate with the story I spun with these people I have associated myself with here? I am already dealing with some shit at the moment and now I have to deal with this?"

Leila "Jude, I just really wanted to see her..."

Me "dont even talk to me! I dont even have the energy to deal with you right now" I exhaled a exasperated sigh "Chase, lets talk please" he jumped up from the sofa

Chase "alright!" We went back to the pool area where I was talking to Yoona before

Me "what the Bleep is wrong with you?"

Chase "I just thought...."

Me "no! You didnt think at all! How can you...out of all people do something like this? You know how I'm living here and now you want to bring them into this? And Leila? That is just bleeped up man!"

Chase "I mentioned to Jason I was coming here to see you and for business with Ahn JinHo, he said he had some free miles then next thing he pops up with Leila. I'm sorry man"

Me "you can be very stupid sometimes!"

Chase "honestly man, who is that girl? Is she the chaebol's daughter?"

Me "yes, her father is Seo II Joong" his mouth fell open

Chase "really? Damn that man is filthy rich! Wasnt she on the list of youngest Billionares?" I rolled my eyes

Me "I dont know"

Chase "dude you just made bank! That kid is loaded, how did you meet her anyway?"

Me "Chase! Focus!!"

Chase "right right...uh okay...look we will find a solution to all this"

Me "you're driving me completely crazy" he laughed

Chase "lets go back inside, we need some rest...we're jetlagged as Bleep"

Me "fine" we walkes back inside and Jason was switching channels on the tv

Jay "is everything Korean on this tv?"

Me "you guys must be tired, I'll show you to your rooms, come" I walked up stairs and they followed me with their bags. Yoona came out of her room and she wore tight skinny jeans that hugged her body in the best way, a white shirt that she tucked in, her long her flowed effortlessly down to her shoulders, she looked beautiful

Yoona "everything sorted?" She was asking in Korean

Me "yeah, we'll talk later" I replied in Korean too, she gave me Brec who was smelling fresh and clean, Yoona kept some of her stuff up in her room because on some nights they would sleep together

Yoona *Korean* "I'll be going"

Me *Korean* "Enjoy your day" I kissed her on the cheek then she catwalked her way down the stairs

Jay "you speak Korean now?"

Me "a little"

Chase "can she not speak English?" I walked a small distance away from Yoona's room and opened the door

Me "you know your room Chase"

Chase "aaahhh its still exactly the way I left it!" He walked in and I showed Jay to his then lastly Leila

Leila "can I hold her?"

Me "who?"

Leila "the baby" I chuckled

Me "the baby huh? You mean the same baby you left at my doorstep then told me to get rid off if I didnt want her? Sure Leila..." I walked over to her and tried to give her Reign but my daughter blatantly refused, clutching on to my shirt for dear life

Me "see? Just like you didnt want her, she doesnt want you either" then I turned to leave. I walked back downstair to the kitchen and but Reign down "you must be hungry" I made her some cereal then fed her still in deep thoughts on how I was going to handle my situation

Baby And Me - Episode 24

BABY AND ME Episode 24

I drove to work using one of Jude's cars, I had a bittersweet feeling brewing in my body. I felt good about what happened between us last night, we finally got somewhere and I wanted us to take it even further but then his American friends were in the country even the mother of his child, what if they took him away? What if I had to lose him and baby Reign? I finally felt like I had purpose in my life and that was loving Jude and Reign so what would become of me if they were no longer there for me to love, care for and give me purpose?
I arrived at work still in these thoughts, as soon as I entered the hospital, I was met at the door by one of the interns I worked with, I had a new patient on top of all the other patients I already had to check on. We went straight to the patient's room and it was a little boy
Me "what happened?"
In ho "uh...he just regained consciousness, he was hit by a base ball while playing in the park"
Me "bleeding?"
In Ho "I think its internal"
Me "then why are we still here? Take him for an MRI scan!"
In Ho "yes Dr Seo!" They wheeled out the boy who was slipping in and out of consciousness
Me "page me when you get the results. I have to check on miss Kae In"
In Ho "yes Dr Seo!" I chuckled, he was such a cute and eager young guy and I loved working with him. I quickly went to check on my other patients and that kept me so pre occupied, I didnt even have to time to think about Blair Taylor, Reign's birth mother and his friends. The hospital kept me busy and I liked that, I liked working and putting my knowledge into practise, neurology was exciting....you can learn everything you can about the brain but since we can never fully learn everything about it, it surprises you everyday, the way it functions and heals itself sometimes. Truly exciting times
During my lunch break, I couldnt even sit down for a sandwich because I had to prep for surgery, the little 9 year old boy I had seen earlier, he was bleeding into his brain and rapidly so we had to prepare for emergency surgery to drain the blood and repair the damage. It was a simple surgery but you can never be too confident about these things, a lot can go wrong on the operating table
Me "Kang In ho?"
In Ho "yes Dr Seo?"
Me "get ready to scrub in" his face broke into a bright smile
In Ho "yes Dr Seo" I smiled back, he was such a lovely person and some of the other nurses. The fellows though....they didnt really like me every time I entered the room, the laughter and chatter would die! Lucky for me I shared an office with someone who minded her own business, Mi Ho did not socialize at all, she came to work and worked! Well I was no different either # sigh
The surgery went successfully and the young boy was going to make a full recovery. I went straight to my office, I just wanted to sit down for a couple of minutes before getting called out again. I slumped on the sofa and closed my eyes
Jude "tired?" I opened my eyes and saw him hovering over me, I sat up
Me "hey what are you doing here?"
Jude "I brought you lunch" he handed me the paper bag that smelled like ddubokki
Me "oohh you're the best!" He bent down and kissed me, I opened the food and took out the chopsticks, I looked around but I couldnt see Reign "Brec?"
Jude "aahh we couldnt get past the reception desk, everyone wanted a piece of her"
Me "aahhh she gets attention where ever she goes that one"
Jude "our little star"
Me "mm" I started eating and the flavours just melted in my mouth, damn I was hungry
Jude "everything okay?"
Me "your friends"
Jude "aahh! I left them at the house, they were still resting"
Me "what happens now? We just...you know....and I want to see where this thing takes us but now with your friends here and Reign's birth mom...." he took my food and put it aside then took my hands into his
Jude "baby, we have been waiting months for a chance like this and I wont let anyone mess up what we have just started, I also want to see where it takes us and Yoona, you dont have to worry about Leila, you are Reign's mother, she loves you...that will never change"
Me "but it doesnt change the fact that she is her mom and I'm not"
Jude "Leila left!" He snapped "she left her when she was only a few days old, at my doorstep with nothing! She then had the audacity to tell me that I should get rid of her should I find that she wasnt mine! Leila is not even a factor right now okay? Dont worry about her" I smiled faintly "I'll fix everything"
Me "okay" he kissed me
Jude "I'll go find our daughter, she will be happy to see you"
Me "me too" he stood up and left the room, while I finished eating.

After visiting Yoona at the hospital, I drove back to the house and found Yoo Hye Jung at the gate
Me "Hye Jung" she smiled
Hye Jung "Blair"
Me "everything okay?"
Hye Jung "mm, I was just checking up on you, also I may have left a file here"
Me "aahhh that, I saw it...come in" I opened the gate and we went to the house. I found my guests in the kitchen making themselves at home
Chase "Blair! You're home...Hye Jung!"
Hye Jung "annyeo Chase" she bowed
Chase "still looking as beautiful as every!"
Hye Jung "thank you"
Me "I'll get your file" I gave her Reign then went to find her file in one of the drawers in the kitchen "found it!" I held it up
Hye Jung "thank you" I didnt even want to introduce the two strangers in the kitchen with Chase, I just needed her to leave
Me "then, I'll see you later?"
Hye Jung "yeah okay" she kissed Reign then gave her back to me and she left
Chase "still keeping the old squad I see" I only just looked at him, I didnt have the energy
Me "you guys well rested?"
Jay "yep! Your beds are the shit man! Your house is amazing!"
Me "thanks Jay, have you eaten?"
Jay "no, we didnt even know what to make, all this food is so unfamiliar" I grabbed the phone and threw it at him
Me "order in, Chase will tell you where"
Chase "arent you going to cook for us? We're your guests!"
Me "since I wasnt prepared for any guests, I dont have anything to fully cater to you guys with...so order in or dont eat at all"
Chase "whaaa! When did you become so cold hearted?"
Me "I'm going to put Reign down, she's tired"
Leila "can I do it?" I looked at her
Me "no"
Jay "uh come on man! She needs to bond with her" I shot him a deadly look
Me "you stay out of this"
Jay "damn! He really has become cold hearted" I shook my head and walked to Riri's room. I put her on her cot then sang to her, she liked that very much, my voice put her straight to sleep.
I heard them speaking as I walked over to my room
Leila "this harder than I thought it would be, he wants nothing to do with me, not to mention that Reign wont even let me touch her"
Jay "dont get discouraged, you knew it wasnt going to be easy, babies are easy, just keep trying with her and she will get used to you too"
Chase "ya...you can try all you want with Reign but forget any chance with Jude, he is way over you"
Jay "is it because of that girl he was with earlier today?"
Leila "why didnt you tell us about her?"
Chase "I didnt know either but she is an heiress, she was even on the list of Korea's youngest Billionares, she is a real Chaebol and I know Jude, he's probably with her to get something. You see guys, he is no longer the guy you all used to know, Jude only looks out for himself and his daughter, every thing he does is to provide a better life for Reign"
Leila "so you're saying I wont get him back?"
Jay "thats nonsense, Leila is Jude's first love and the mother of his child, she just needs to show him that she has changed and isnt the heinous cow who dumped him and left him with a new born"
Leila "Hey!"
Jay "which part is the lie?" There was silence so I decided to walk out
Me "have you guys ordered?"
Jay "we're getting pizza"
Me "okay" I walked to the kitchen and took out the left over spicy noodle stew from the previous night and warmed it up
Chase "Jude, you could at least try to act excited that we're here"
Jay "I'm getting the feeling that you dont want us here" I looked at them
Me "if I say I dont, will that make me a cold heart jerk?"
Chase "yes!"
Me "look guys I'm sorry if thats how I come across but you must understand, you cant just spring a visit like this on me...Chase knows that!"
Chase "okay okay! Jeez I am sorry...get over it now and just enjoy this time you have with your friends" how could I even begin to enjoy having them around when there was so much at stake now? Yoona and I just got together last night then to top it all off, her father knew my real identity and I couldnt help but worry what he would do with that information and worse part, they brought that Leila to my house! So how could I possibly even begin to entertain them?
The microwave made the ding sound and I took out my food, pulled out a chair and started eating

Jay "you have really adapted to this life hey? You speak their language, you eat their food and you even use these choptsicks, whatever happened to a fork and a knife or a spoon?"
Me "can I please just eat without you making a comment about every single thing?"
Jay "fine"
Chase "Jude, I'm sorry okay...I can see you're not happy about this"
Me "its not that Chase, you guys have just come at a really bad time right now thats all"
Jay "what is it? Is something wrong?"
Me " no...its just an inconvenient time thats all"
Chase "lets talk" I looked at him and he signaled out to the pool area, I sighed but stood up anyway and followed him out
Chase "so tell me, why are you in such a bad mood?"
Me "Yoona's father knows...."
Chase "knows what?"
Me "that I am Jude Howard!"

Me "he must also know why I faked my death man...he is estranged from his daughter and he found out that she lives here so he did some intensive digging up om me and found out I'm Jude then told Yoona" he put his hands on his head and paced around

Me "how should I know? I just found out this morning that he knows! Its been 2 months already and he's been really quiet, he isnt even pestering his daughter anymore"

Leila "It took me a really long time to realise that I had made a terrible mistake, leaving you and leaving her....I just, I guess Im hoping for a second chance"
Me "really? After what everything you did? You made me realise that you're not the girl I thought you were, you proved everyone who warned me against you right...do you really think you deserve a second chance?"
Leila "doesnt everyone?" Her eyes were now smiling seductively, she walked towards me and put her arms on me "come on Jude, remember all the good times we shared? The struggles we went through together, how good I used to make you feel" she ran her long finger on my face then placed it on my lips "I can still make you feel that way, we can have the future you always talked about, me, you and our baby girl...we can be a family....come on, give it a chance, give us a chance again...we can make this work, I promise" she stood on her toes and put her lips on mine, I held her shoulders and pushed her back. Her eyes moved from mine and looked at the door then she smiled, I turned to face the door and Yoona was standing there.......

I knew that with his friends there, Blair Taylor and I wouldnt be able to have the privacy we needed to establish what we just started, I knew I'd be coming home to a full house. The minute I walked through the door, thats Chase belittled me from the word go, talking to me like I was some uneducated freak. I ignored him and let him carry on thinking I couldnt speak English or understand it, instead I went to check in Jude's room but when he wasnt there, I went straight to Reign's room and thats where I found that Leila chick kissing him
She smiled as soon as she saw me, I dont know if she thought that would rattle me or something. Jude was shocked and I saw a little guilt displayed on his face, I smiled walked over to him, I pulled him away from Leila and gave him a real deep kissing, tongue and all then broke it, I looked at Leila
Me "and thats how its done" I said to her, she sneered and walked out
Jude "wow! What was that?"
Me "I saw what happened, you dont have to worry" he pulled me by my waist and kissed me
Jude *korean* "whaaa...my girlfriend is truly amazing"
Me "girlfriend? I like it "
Jude "really?"
Me "mm...uh, she sleeping?"

Me "I'm hungry, shall I make dinner?"

Me "I had two hours of sleep at the hospital, I'm okay"
Jude "alright! My friends would love a traditional Korean meal"
Me "I'm sure they would" I lifted my chin up and he kissed me.
I changed out my clothes and wore his sweater and my sweat pants. I went back out to the guys and started on supper while they watched tv, Blair seemed to be enjoying himself around his friends even though the whole situation was a little tense but it was good for him to be around his people. The pots were already boiling on the stove when Brec woke up screaming her lungs out
Jude "aaahhh there she goes"
Me "I'll get her" his friends turned to look at me
Chase "uh! You cant speak English?! Then why have you been pretending you couldnt?!"
Me "I never did that, I wont be held accountable for your dumb stereotypical chauvinist racist opinions" I walked to Reigns room and she was already up on her feet
Me "must you always wake up like that?" I went to take her and wiped her tears "its okay, you're not alone...mommy is here" I kissed her and she laid on my chest, we walked out and I went to put her in her chair
Me "hungry?"
Chase "ya...you dont have be to be so rude okay? I will be the best and yours and Jude's wedding so you better be nice to me if you want the best best man toast" I laughed
Me "then maybe you can stop being a racist pig" he jumped from the sofa and walked to the kitchen
Chase "I'm sorry, its just that this morning, you didnt respond when I spoke to you, so I thought...."
Me "I cant speak nor understand English"
Chase "yet you speak it so well, you dont even have the funny weird accent" I laughed
Me "well I had a very expensive education"

When you get married, I'll be your best man so I'm just getting to know the bride to be" he chuckled and I could just see that Jude and Chase were really close but that over bearing thing of his was sometimes a problem between them. The other was cold towards me and even a fool could see that he was team Leila
I finished cooking and dished up for everyone, while the men spoke, Leila was not even at the table, she refused to eat my food something about allergies
...whatever, she could starve to death for all I cared. After eating, Jude and I cleaned up in the Kitchen while Brec played with uncle Chase. We stayed up watching tv, Leila got up and went to bed and I was just left with the boys, even Jason started to warm up to me, we were watching English football and we favored the same team so that made us get to know each other a little more...all human beings have the flaw of judging a book by its cover, no one is immune to that, it just makes us even more imperfect and human
I went to put Brec down and we all decided to go and sleep after the game, as I walked up the stairs following the guys to my room, Jude pulled me back down
Jude "You're sleeping downstairs tonight" I smiled and followed him to his room, I changed out of the clothes I was wearing and got into bed, snuggling up next to him.
The following morning I woke up early and went to check on Brec, she was already awake so I picked her up changed her nappy then walked to the kitchen with her, putting her down in her chair then gave her, her bottle while I worked on breakfast. After a while Leila came down the stairs and headed straight for the fridge without even greeting. She took out bottled water then walked over to Reignie
Leila "hey mommy's little girl" she tried to touch her but Reign resisted by moving away from her and screaming

When I woke up the next day, Yoona wasnt in bed and I knew she would have already taken Reign. I got out of bed and dragged my feet to the kitchen but stopped at a halt when I heard her speaking to Leila....I smiled to myself as I listened to them talk, Leila was obviously getting pissed because Yoona is like the most calm and cold person in the world when she wants to be. My baby never gets herself worked up over anything, I mean the girl was able to keep a straight face with her father when she was obviously still hurting and angry with him but she showed no emotion so what was Leila? She was basically child's play

Leila turned angrily and walked up the stairs, that was my cue to enter the kitchen

Me "morning" she looked up and smiled

Yoona "oppa!" She had this bright smile on her face and it made her look so adorable

Me "oppa?"

Yoona "mm, I think its time I started calling you that dont you that?"

Me "hahaha okay baby, thats fine by me" I walked over to her and laid a deep long kiss on her, Reign was clapping happily

After she was done setting the table, she decked the table with all the breakfast goodies and my stomach roared

I sat down and started eating, Jason was the first to come down and join in

Jay "what about her mom? What will you say when she's all grown up and finds out you kept her from her mother, she will resent you...is that what you want?"

Me "of course not"

Jay "I dont condone Leila's actions, I know she hurt you and she abandoned Reign but the baby doesnt care about that, when she's all grown up all she will care about is you keeping her mom away because of your own selfish reasons. You dont want Leila and thats fine but Reign needs her mother" Jason was right and I hated that he was right, it sucked like hell not knowing my parents and I didnt want that for her, Leila is her mom and I could never change no matter how badly I wanted to and every kid deserves to have both their parents in their lives

Jay "you know I'm right"

Me "yeah yeah" we both laughed

After a while Chase came downstairs too and he was loud as always

Chase "mm this looks good! The chaebol sure knows how to feed her guests"

Me "she has a name!"

Chase "oohh how touchy! Where is she anyway?"

Me "in her room"

Chase "aaahh still has her own roon huh? How long have you guys been dating?"

Me "just eat your breakfast and shut up"

Chase "how did you even meet her? She seems more my type than yours"

Jay "hahaha thats true, Jude is more of a softie and Yoona seems hard core" I chuckled, they were right about that but I knew Yoona and she was as big a softie as me underneath all that hard core

Me "I guess opposites attract dont they?"

Me "ya...just eat your food"

Chase "what are we doing today?"

Me "anything you want! I'm taking you boys out....lets go spend some money!"

Chase "yes! This is why I like you!"

Jay "you should have been a rich motherfucker a long time ago! this life is good!" I laughed at these two idiots I called friends, even though they sprung a surprise visit on me, I was happy they came because I had missed them a lot

After breakfast, Yoona was already done preparing for work, Jay and I cleaned up the kitchen while she had a bowl of fruit salad then she kissed me goodbye and left. I went to bath Reign, dressed her up then put her in my room while I went to shower. I was done with my shower and dressed up in a pair of washed out faded ripped jeans and before I could put on my shirt, I got a text and looked it up. While reading the text, I felt someone walk up behind me and put their hands on my bare naked back. Since Yoona had already left for work, I knew it was Leila

Me "you should really learn how to knock before yoy enter people's rooms" she moved her hands to my chest and planted a kiss on my back

Leila "why? You're not people....and I definitely wont be seeing you naked for the first time" I turned to face her, removing her hands from my body, she had on this seductive look "you've been working out "

Me "yes, Yoona keeps in shape so I started because I want to look good for her" her smile faded

Leila "did you have to mention that Korean Bitch's name" I grabbed her throat without even noticing what I was doing

Leila "Jude...." fear crept up in her blue eyes

Me "dont you ever talk about her like that again, you hear me? Or I will snap your little neck in half" she quickly nodded and I let her go, she coughed violently "get out" she didnt say a word and just ran out. I looked at my hands, unable to comprehend with what they had just done, I had vowed I would never lay my hand on a woman but the minute Leila said something bad about Yoona, my first reflex was to hurt her and I couldnt understand why

. Because it was quite late, I called Mrs Park and told her I wouldnt be able to fetch Reign so she didnt mind having her sleep over for the night. I was just having a good time with my boys.

Leila had gotten annoyed and left us while we drank, ate and made noise, I was glad I made Reign sleep over at Mrs Park's house...she wouldnt have survived that night or we wouldnt have taken the party home
Around 12, I tried calling my girl again just as we retreated to our rooms, she still didnt answer but I was too drunk to worry too much about that. I undressed my self and was left with my underwear, too lazy to go into the closet for my pyjamas, I decided to sleep like that. I was about to get in bed when Leila walked in, she wore a short silk gown that was tied around her tiny waist
Me "you...again!" She walked towards me, thoygh my vision was blurry, I could she came in with the agenda to seduce me "Leila...I am too drunk and tired for your bullshit right now, turn right back and leave" she didnt listen to me, she just kept walking. After a long day that had gone completely to s***, I came home to find my boyfriend naked in bed with his ex girlfriend. I had gone out for drinks with Yoo Ran like I planned but didnt even get to have more than one drink because I got called into the hospital for an emergency after there was a huge bus accident and the people came in like flies at the hospital. A lot of them were critical, some of them died at the hospital and I was in the OR for hours…only to have the 8 year old little girl die right on the operating table, it was no fault of ours because there was too much bleeding on her brain than I had anticipated, it all got away from me and I ended up losing her but it was my first time losing a patient so I was devastated. I had no time to dwell on that because I had more patients to attend to and I tried as hard as I could to prevent people from dying but life doesnt always go the way you want it to right?
Anyway, I was exhausted both emotionally and physically, my entire body was aching like hell and I felt like such a failure with all those people who came in and the little girl who died on my operating table, my dad and all the other crap, I just wanted to get into bed with Jude and have him hold me but surprise of my life when I saw him on top of Leila. I knew that she would try everything to get to him, even use her pathetic little body but what I didnt understand was why Jude was actually on her like that. I froze when I saw them, unable to move like a freakin statue, I just stood there and watched. Jude saw me and jumped off her
Jude “Yoona….” I turned to leave but he ran after me, he grabbed my arm and made me face him, he was still naked and fully erect, it made me sick that he was aroused because of her

I got in and locked the door, I sat on the floor next to my bed and opened up the vodka, pouring the contents in the glass then brought it up to my lips and gulped it down in one shot, the drink burned the back of my throat and seemed to sooth my chest. I poured another one and did the same as before, my heart was aching so badly, everything that happened was coming back to me, seeing my father always put me in a bad headspace but seeing Jude like that made me feel even more ****ed up than usual. I was confused and angry, a series of emotions fighting against each other in my head, why would he do that? How could he do that?
I heard squabbling downstairs then footsteps coming up the stairs, I assumed it was Jude and Leila. The sounds became louder as they approached the top of the stairs, I was already on my fourth glass, making up for earlier when I wanted to drink but couldnt because this crappy life got in the way. A knock came on my door then Jude’s voice
Jude “Yoona…please open, lets talk ..let me explain”
Leila “Jude…just leave her! She saw everything that she needed to see, you’re back where you belong now”
Jude “dont touch me! Shut the **** up!” He screamed at her “Yoona….” he knocked again “just open the door baby so we can talk…I can explain please” I drank my 5th glass and paid no attention to the commotion at the door. I was in too much pain, I felt weak and vulnerable, too raw to face anyone especially Jude Howard. I wanted to calm myself and steady my self so that I could steer myself back to that cold dark place I often found myself in everytime I was hurting and disappointed, I needed to find my inner strength, my will to get through anything because I had been through it all…I needed to get myself to that numbing place where I didnt feel anything
Jude “Seo Yoona….please….”
Leila “Jude…”
Jude “what are you still doing here? Leave me alone!”
Leila “you will see all in due time that I just did the both of you a favor, it was never going to work anyway” then I heard foot steps walking away from the door
Jude “babe…please my love, lets talk…just open the door” a door opened
Chase “ya, whats going on? Why the noise at this time of the night?!”
Jude “its nothing man, just go back to bed”
Chase “what did you do?”
Jude “GO TO f****** BED CHASE!! Jeez man”

I stopped drinking and collected myself, channeling my wandering emotions to one place, I was getting dizzy perhaps because I was tipsy and the alcohol was working, the images of the horrible day were fading, I could literally feel my heart hardening up, you know when water starts to freeze and turn into ice, thats how I started to feel. Locking away my emotions and not dealing with the pain was a coping mechanism I taught myself when I still lived with my father. After realising that I was alone and that he wasnt going to stop and my father was not going to do anything about it, my mind would always go to this dark cold place where I would just faze out and the pain would dissipitate and I’d feel almost nothing but I wont lie and say there werent triggers. There were things that would happen and they would send me off the radar like at that time, it was seeing my father that triggered all the bad feelings and the pain, every time I saw him even if it was on the news, everything would come flooding back
So I got up from the floor and walked to the bathroom, Jude was still knocking and begging. I staggered to the bathroom and splashed cold water on my face, I looked in the mirror and saw Seo Yoona the strongest and most brave girl I knew, nothing could ever break me but with Jude, I knew that only he had the power to break me and thats why I put up such high walls with him but I thought he was so perfect that I had started to bring them down but not anymore, as I looked in the mirror, I saw the face I had spent so many years practising, that cold and unfeeling emotionless expression I displayed for the world to see. I was always so good at pretending I didnt care about anything or anyone, that I was fine and didnt need anyone, keeping people at a cold distance and never letting anyone get to know me.
I dried my face and tied my hair up into a bun, I changed into my pyjamas, turned off the lights and got into bed. Seo Yoona the cold hearted b**** was back and this time, the walls were up high…out of all the people I had ever met in my life, I cared for Jude Howard a lot and I knew that he was the only man who had the power to break me down so the walls were 10 feet tall and 10 times stronger than they were before.

I got out of bed and decided to make her favorite breakfast, it would never make up for what happened but I hoped it would be a start and since it was her day off, I was hell bent on spending the entire day trying to fix the damage done between us. While I was busy with breakfast, Leila was the first to come downstairs
Leila “morning handsome” she smiled and I felt sick to my stomach
Me “I hope you’re packed and ready to leave my house”
Leila “you were serious about that?” She said, taking water out of the fridge
Me “yes, I want you gone Leila”
Leila “where will I go? I dont know this place”
Me “I dont care, you should take that up with the people who brought you here”
Leila “if you’re so upset about last night then I’m sorry, if you want me to apologise”
Me “oh my God Leila! Just leave okay! I dont want to see you again! For once in my life I have something good okay? I am making something of myself here and you’re f****** it up! I only let you stay here out of courtesy and now I’ve had it with you…go to a hotel, get on the next flight back to the States, I dont care! What you did was unacceptable!” She put down the water and walked over to me, she put her hands on my shoulders
Leila “you wanted it as bad as I did, I didnt hold a gun to your head baby…you wanted to” I removed her hands
Me “get out”
Leila “Jude….”
Me “I’m serious Leila… you’re still the same selfish person you were back then, it was always Leila’s way and **** everyone else. Well no more…you are not going to ruin things for me this time. I have a good thing going for me here and you can even forget about ever getting anywhere near Reign because I dont want her having an influence like you in her life”
Leila “influence? I am her mother!”
Me “Reign already has a mother”
Leila “her real mom!”
Me “mom? Do you even….you know what? Im not going to argue about this with you, just leave my house” I turned to attend to the breakfast I was making and she stood there watching me.
When I was done with breakfast, I laid the table and the boys came down for breakfast but Yoona didnt
Jay “mm this smells great! A delicious Korean breakfast…I like it!”
Chase “where’s Yoona?”
Leila “probably sulking in her room” I scowled at her
Chase “what happened last night anyway, what did you guys fight about?”
Me “we didnt fight, she was tired from a shift at the hospital”
Chase “didnt seem that way to me” I glared at him
Me “well thats the way it was”
Chase “if you say so”
Me “Jason….” he looked up “when are you planning on going back?”
Jay “what? You want us to leave already?”
Me “no…I’m asking because I want Leila to leave my house” his eyes widened
Jay “what? Why?”
Me “I never wanted her to be here in the first place, honestly I dont even know why I let her stay….I think that since you brought her here, you need to take care of this situation”
Chase “whats going on? I thought we were all living well together, what happened last night?”
Jay “yeah, what happened?”
Me “I wont spent another day in my house with someone who does not respect me or the way I choose to live my life or my relationship”
Leila “why are you making yourself the victim here Jude? I didnt hold a gun to your head okay! All I did was show up in your room naked…everything else happened because you went along with it”
Chase “what? Dude you slept with Leila?”
Me “of course not!”
Leila “but you were going to had your girlfriend not walked in”
Jay “Yoona saw you?!”
Chase “whaaa!! So thats the drama that went down?” I was getting agitated by the whole thing
Me “it doesnt matter what happened, Leila just leave before I get really pissed off, you dont want to see that side of me trust me” I sighed and drank the water in front of me
Yoona’s bedroom door opened and we all looked up. She looked beautiful as always, in a large denim shirt and thigh high boots, her long red hair flowing in soft curls past her shoulders. She carried a small handbag and her phone in the other hand. It was evident even to a fool that she wasnt staying for breakfast. She came down the stairs and my heart was already beating in my throat, I stood up and looked at her

Yoona "morning everyone" she smiled briefly but it didnt reach her eyes, she was definitely back to her cold unfeeling state of mind

Chase "Yoona, you look amazing!"

Yoona "thank you Chase" she walked past me and grabbed the car keys

Me "are you not staying for breakfast?"

Yoona "no"

Me "I made your favorite"

Yoona "then you and your friends enjoy it" then she headed for the door, I couldnt let her leave like that so I followed her out and grabbed her arm, she turned and removed my hand

Yoona "I'm having breakfast with Kang Yoo Ran"

Me "I dont care about breakfast Yoona, I want us to talk"

Yoona "not now, Yoo Ran hates to be kept waiting"

Me "baby....." she looked right into my eyes but I saw nothing, not even a flicker of emotion

Yoona "what? Jude...I dont want to be late"

Me "yeah but this is much more important, its about us...I want to talk"

Yoona "about what? You being in bed with your ex? The ex you swore you hate?" Damn the girl was good, she kept her cool and if I didnt know better, I'd swear she didnt give a Bleep

Yoona "you leave my father out of this you hear me? So what do you want Jude? You want me to tell you how hurt I am, how disappointed I am...you want me to break down in tears, get angry and throw things? You want me to tell you that your dumb explanation is bullshit? So what? You're telling me that every time you drink, any girl that comes on to you, you will sleep with because you imagine its me? You know thats bleeped up right?" Even though she was telling me how she felt, her face and body language expressed that she wasnt affected at all

Me "I know that I bleeped up but please dont leave, lets talk about this"

Yoona "Yoo Ran is waiting for me, go deal with your issues Jude" I gasped

Me "issues? So now I have issues? I made one mistake Yoona"

Yoona "I'm leaving" she turned once again and I watched her walk to the car, get in and drive off

I needed a time out, I couldnt be in the same room as all those people, what happened the previous night made me so angry and I didnt trust myself around them, I was so mad I wanted to kill someone. I wasnt meeting Yoo Ran, I just needed to be out of that house. I drove all the way to Samsung Deong and parked in front of the first restaurant I saw. A young man came to me and showed me to a table, I followed him and ordered a bottle of wine "something to eat?" I shook my head and waited for my wine

I had to clear my mind so I could think rationally about everything but I just couldnt, I found myself getting mad and unable to calm myself down like I normally did, the bleeped up part was that it sounded like Jude was mad at me, like what did he expect me to do, what kind of reaction did he want me to have? Did he want me to follow my instinct and beat Leila into a pulp? The first thing I wanted to do was pull her hair out but I decided to be a lady and keep my cool yet even that did not satisfy him....Mwo! I shouldnt bottle things up hahaha what a funny guy! Did he really think I'd explode on him? Whaaa...he wouldnt be able to handle me even if he tried...ch!

Sunbae "Seo Yoona?" I looked up and it was Choi Young Do, my superior at the hospital, the super hot doctor that had all the women falling over their feet for him

Me "sunbae?" I stood up and he flashed me his adorable sexy smile

Sunbae "may I join you?"

Me "of course" I sat back down and so did he

Sunbae "what are you doing all the way here in Samsung Deong, dont you live in Gangnam?"

Me "aahhh" I sighed "uhm, I just uh...I needed a little time out, so I found myself here"

Sunbae "whats wrong?"

Me "mm?"

Sunbae "you say you needed a time out, wanna talk about it?" I smiled faintly

Me "mm not really, its just you know...stuff at home"

Sunbae "aaahhh stuff at home? Those are the worst" I chuckled, the waiter came back with my bottle and a glass, I asked him to bring me another glass for Choi Young Do sunbae

Me "join me for a drink?"

Sunbae "sure"

Me "but then, what are you doing here? I thought you live in Gangnam too"

Sunbae "actually in Myeong Deong but I came here because I had to see a patient"

Me "aahh so have you already seen the patient?"

Sunbae "yes, I always come here for their choc chip pancakes for breakfast, they are the best"

Me "really? Then shall we get some? Do they go down well with a glass of sauvignoc blanc?" He chuckled

Sunbae "they go down well with anything"

Me "good "

I spent the rest of the morning with Young Do sunbae and I had fun, even managed to calm my anger towards Jude down, at least he kicked that parasitic leech Leila out so I wouldnt have to deal with her. I could understand his mistake and even forgive him for screwing me over like that just as long as she wasnt going to be in the house, around me and most importantly around Jude.

Around lunch time, I went to have lunch with Yoo Ran just as we planned, Jude kept calling but I didnt take any of his calls, I just wanted to enjoy my day off without dealing with any drama. After my lunch with Yoo Ran I was called into the hospital because one of my patients had a relapse. I ended up spending the rest of my day at the hospital

Later on I had no where else to go but home, I was less angry and I had the peace of mind knowing that Leila was no longer at the house. I parked the car and went inside, you can imagine my disdain and annoyance when the first face I saw was Leila's. The time was around 8pm so it was obvious that she wasnt going anywhere

Me "what are you doing here?" I asked her in the presence of Chase and Jason

Leila "what do you mean what am I doing here? I live here" I raised my eyebrow, she smiled "you didnt honestly think Jude would kick out the mother of his child now did you?" Chase stood up

Chase "Yoona...uh you have to understand, Jude really wanted to kick her out but then we convinced him not to because she has no where else to go" I wasnt understanding at all, I refused to understand why Leila was still at the house after everything that happened, there are plenty of hotels in Seoul she honestly couldnt go to one of them? I didnt even respond, I just walked up the stairs to my room

I kicked off my shoes and took off the shirt I was wearing, my bra followed then I threw myself onto the bed

Jude "may I come in" I sat up and he was standing at the door, I pulled the shirt and threw it on my body "where were you today? I was worried"

Me "I'm a big girl Jude, you dont have to worry about me"

Jude "of course but I cant help it"

Me "what exactly were you worried about?"

Jude "that you might not come back"

Me "I only came back because I thought Leila would not be here, if I had known then I wouldnt have bothered" he quickly walked in and sat on the bed next to me

Jude "I was ready to kick her out, even had her bags packed but then the boys convinced me to let her stay and she promised to follow the rules, she has no where to go and I just...."

Me "I honestly dont care" I interrupted him

Jude "how can you say that?"

Me "are there no hotels in Seoul? Why does she have to be here? Do I have to understand everytime she makes a move on you? I dont want to be understanding anymore Jude, Im not doing this"

Jude "she wont do it again, now she knows whats at stake if she tries that shit again" I looked at him and shook my head

Me "you're too nice you know that? And you know what sucks about nice guys? Its because they let girls like Leila walk all over them, taking advantage of them and to me, that looks weak and pathetic" he gasped

Jude "you're saying that I'm weak and pathetic?"

Me " you know what? I'm not going to argue or even pretend that I'm okay with this...I'm leaving"

Jude "what? You cant do that...what about Reign then?"

Me "I wont waste my time pretending to be a mother to a child that isnt mine because its only a matter of time before Leila worms her way back into your life, she takes away Reign and you're back in the States"

Jude "baby, I promise you that wont happen"

Me "you also promised her being here would not affect us but then you slept with her, this morning you were up in arms kicking her out of your house but now you're singing a different tune...how can I trust in that fickle promise when your mouth says one thing but you act in another way?"

Jude "Yoona...." he took my hands into his and I could see hurt in his eyes but I was hurting too, walking away was hard but I had to do it because by the way I was seeing things, Leila was never going to be out of our lives and she would finally get what she wanted

Me "I'm leaving....." I pulled my hands out of his hold and stood up, walking to my bathroom

BABY AND ME - Episode 30

♡♡♡Seo Yoona♡♡♡

I didnt come out of the bathroom until I heard him leave the room. I took out all my clothes and as I was packing them, I realised that every single one of them had been bought by Jude. I sat down, a lump rose to my throat and tears formed in my eyes as I thought about everything that happened between us. When Jude met me, I was living on the streets and to be honest, it wasnt the best life but being away from my father was better than anything, Jude Howard let a stranger into his home, into his life and he took care of me even when I thought I didnt need him too, he loved me even when I was convinced I didnt need anyone to love me, he saved me even when I had told myself that I didnt need saving. He and Reign fought their way into my heart and I found myself taking down the walls I had built around myself. I really loved him but the whole thing with Leila was too much for me to take and the fact that Jude seemed unable to say no or stand up to her and his friends made me anxious so I didnt want to stay and wait around for the day his friend finally convinced him to go back to the States and leave me

I wiped the tears from my face and started packing again, just like the last time I was going to leave early in the morning before anyone woke up. I called Kang Yoo Ran and she picked up in seconds

YooRan *Korean* "Whaaat?" I chuckled

Me "before your morning shift you have to come fetch me"

YooRan "my shift is at 6am, why would I come get you at that time?"

Me "I'll tell you tomorrow"

YooRan "oohhh you're doing that thing again arent you?"

Me "hahaha what thing?"

YooRan "where you hold out on me because you want me to do something for you"

Me *laughing* "its nothing like that, please just come tomorrow before work and I'll tell you everything then"

YooRan "okay okay"

Me "you're the best"

YooRan "see you tomorrow!"

Me "bye" I cut the call and carried on packing through the pain. Honestly I didnt even know where I was going to live but I just knew I had to get out of that house ASAP as the English people say

Yoona was angry and hurt, of course she would threaten to leave me because of that and honestly, I wasnt makimg the best of the situation either. Chase and Jason talked me out of kicking Leila out, I really wanted her ass on the street but then again, she is the mother of my child and I didnt want Reign growing up then resenting me for keeping her away from her mom but I also didnt want to lose Yoona. I know she loved me so I just let her calm down and we were going to talk rationally, like civilized adults the next morning

Next Morning!!

I woke up around 8, it was still her day off and Yoona loved to sleep in so I went to the kitchen to make yet another delicious breakfast for her. Reign was still at Mrs Park's place, I didnt want her being around all this negativity, seeing her parents fight and all that stuff. I started working on breakfast, making a full English breakfast with the coconut pancakes that Yoona loved so much, damn that girl can eat and thats another thing I loved about her

After a while, when I was done with breakfast the boys came down to eat

Jase "you're spoiling us these days man"

Chase "its not us he's spoiling you fool! Its his beautiful Korean heiress"

Me "exactly!" He touched the pancakes and I hit his hand "those are reserved for the Korean chaebol" they both laughed

Chase "so, did you work through your issues?"

Me "she's still upset but we will get through this" I said with a smile

Jay "mm really? She didnt seem upset though, in fact she looked like she didnt even care"

Me "thats how she is"

Chase "those big eyes really carried no emotion man"

Jay "yeah, maybe she doesnt feel about you the way you think she does"

Leila "I second that" she said as she was coming down the stairs

Me "you shut up Leila, no one asked for your opinion" she reached the bottom of the stairs and walked to the kitchen

Leila "I'm just saying, if she really loves you so much then why is she acting so cold? She should be here working it out"

Me "none of you have to understand her but I know her and I know she loves me"

Chase "exactly! She's probably those types who like to act tough and pretend they arent bothered"

Jay "what ever man, I just dont think this girl is even worth you putting up such a fight, if she really cared about you I feel like she'd be doing more than just coming in and out of this house with that cold face acting like shit didnt go down"

Leila "if it were me, if I found you in bed with another woman, that bitch would be in the hospital I'm telling you! I'd beat her ass so hard....then work through the pain with you baby"

Jay "exactly! A woman who truly loves you, would be up in arms right now throwing things, shouting, crying and definitely wouldnt stand for the ex you bleeped being under same roof as her" I was getting angry and so annoyed by Jason and Leila, maybe they should both just leave my house!

Me "you guys shut up! You dont know anything right now...and you Leila, you should be thankful that Yoona has left you alone because if she did react and beat your ass, you wouldnt be in the hospital, you'd be dead so count yourself as lucky"

Leila "why? What would she do? Call her rich dad to take me out?"

Me "no" I let out a loud sigh "right now, you're all living in my house, eating my food, sleeping in my beds, using up my water, watching my tv and fucking up my relationship! This good thing I had before you all got here is going to shit because of you! I cant properly be with my woman and daughter because you're always up in all of it to mess things up! I am so sick and tired of your attitude now I'm starting to wish you'd all leave! "

Chase "Jude...."

Me "no Chase...you brought them here and they're messing everything up! You!" I looked at Jason "my own best friend, you keep supporting the woman who turned my life upside down, the same woman who cheated and lied, who hurt me and left me with a baby because she was chasing money and material things...now I finally have something, I have someone who loves me for me not what I have or do not have and she, once again comes into my life to ruin it and you support her! Do you understand how shitty that is? For your own friend to keep overlooking what makes you happy and for him to support the person you loathe more than anything in this world? Do you get that? Jason come on....your presence in this house is making me angry okay! I am starting not to want you around...does it make you happy that now I want you to leave? I want all of you to just leave and not just my house but Korea as well!"

Jay "Jude...I'm sorry man I just..."

Me "you just nothing Jason...and you" I looked at Leila "I only let you stay in my house because you're Reign's mother and though I would have loved for my child to grow up with both her parents, I'm not sure I was her exposed to someone as toxic as you"

Leila *gasping* "Toxic? Jude I...."

Me "yes Leila....because you're selfish Leila, you're a person who cannot do anything for anyone unless it benefits you! Lets say I let you back into mine and Reign's life but what happens when a richer guy comes into the picture? You'll leave us, just like you did before and I will be left to clean up your mess because Reign is not a little baby anymore"

Leila "I wont make that mistake again, I love you" I let out a sarcastic laugh

Me "love me? Huh! You dont even know what love is Leila, the only love you have ever known is the one you feel when you look in the mirror. You dont love anyone but yourself and the material things"

I left the kitchen and went to the stairs

Chase "where are you going?"

Me "to see someone whose face I actually want to see right now" I walked up the stairs to Yoona's room, I knocked but there was no answer so I just opened because I knew she wasnt going to tell me to come in anyway. I opened the door and I was met by an empty bed. I panicked and ran to the closet where only a few items remained, the bathroom was clean too and I just knew she had left, like that time when she left early in morning before I woke up, she was gone. I bitter feeling rose up in my gut, I ran downstairs to my room and grabbed my phone, I called her but it went straight to voice mail

Me "dammnit!" I was already in the kitchen, car keys in my hand pacing up and down the house because I didnt know where'd she would go

Chase "whats wrong man?" I called Yoo Ran but her phone was on voicemail too, Yoona wasnt on call at the hospital, Yoo Ran was still living with her parents as far as I knew and Yoona would never go there because of the relations with her family, Seoul is a big city, how was I going to even find her? I cried out in frustration

Chase "man, calm down"

Me "Dont. Tell. Me. To calm down!" I heaved at him "you brought these people here and now my relationship could be over before it even started!" I bit my lower lip and tried calling her again but still no luck. I made the decision to go see Kang Yoo Ran, hopefully she would be at work and I'd get some answers

Since Kang Yoo Ran had moved out of her parents place, it was decided that we'd be living together. So she dropped me off at her place, fully supporting my decision to leave Jude then left for work. To avoid thinking and hurting over Jude Howard, I made myself some popcorn, turned off my phone and sat in front of the tv. I ate then fell asleep. I was woken up by Kang Yoo Ran's call

Me "what?"

YooRan "ya, your boyfriend came looking for you this morning" I sat up

Me "Blair Taylor was at the hospital?"

YooRan "of course, he was up in arms demanding your whereabouts"

Me "you didnt tell him did you?"

YooRan "what do you take me for! Of course I didnt...I just told him you didnt contact me then pretended to be worried about you and your whereabouts too" I smiled

Me "thats my girl"

YooRan "aaahh of course...yaaa, my acting is really top notch you know. I would have been a great actress if father hadnt decided I should be doctor " I laughed

Me "thank you my friend"

YooRan "ya...dont just sleep all day uh? clean up a little and I expect to come home to a home cooked Hangul meal okay?" I chuckled

Me "as you wish lady of the house "

YooRan "okay, I have to go...see you at home"

Me "annyeo" she hung up and I got up from the couch to take a long bath then dressed up comfortably. I was making myself a sandwich when the hospital called asking me to go yet again...jeez do these people not know the meaning of day off

BABY AND ME Episode 31

I quickly changed into appropriate work clothes and caught a taxi to the hospital, there had been an accident where two cars collided somewhere, the people were not badly injured but the chief wanted all hands on deck especially after the bus incident where we lost a lot of patients.

We worked through the lunch hour and by the time I was out of the OR, I was hungry AF. I walked to the cafeteria and bumped into Young Do sunbae on my way there

Sunbae "on your way to recharge" I smiled

Me "yeah, I was just about to eat when they called me and you know me, i hate missing out on a meal" he laughed

Sunbae "then lets eat together"

Me "I have no objections to that" he bought some food for me then we went to sit down

Sunbae "its been your days off but I keep seeing you here"

Me "I hope that by calling me in, when they do finally decided to adhere to my rights and give me days off, it will be an entire week"

Sunbae " a week huh? And what will you do with a week?"

Me "uh..probably sleep"

Sunbae "aaahhh thats always the best hey?"

Me "of course, I think I owe some sleep to the sleep gods...I do not want to be in debt" he laughed

Sunbae "oohh debt is bad, we dont want that" then we both laughed. I was enjoying the food and the company immensely but then Jude Howard showed up

Me "Blair Taylor, what are you doing here?" I was shocked at how he knew I was at the hospital yet it was my day off, well it technically was

Jude "can we talk?" Because I didnt want to cause any commotion in front of Young Do sunbae or anyone for that matter, I agreed

Me "sunbae, may you excuse me"

Sunbae "of course" I gave him a respectful bow then walked up to Jude

Me "how did you know I was here?" I asked him as we walked out of the cafeteria

Jude "who is that guy?"

Me "what guy?"

Jude "the one you were giggling with back there" once we were outside I stopped walking

Jude "him! That...guy you were with in there, who is he?"

Me "Choi Young Do? He is my sunbae"

Jude "you seem very cosy with him" I folded my arms feeling irritated

Me "did you come here to make notes about the relationships I have with my colleagues"

Me "then. What do you want?"

Jude "to talk...about us. I cant believe you really left"

Me "I said I would"

Jude "okay fine I know...I have bleeped up with the whole Leila thing, please give me a chance to fix it, to fix us" I looked into his eyes and I could feel them calling out for me and damn did I want to answer that call, I fucking missed him and we didnt even get a chance to have a proper relationship, his friends had come in and ruined everything

Me "how did you know I was here?"

Jude "is that whats important right now to you?"

Me "yes"

Jude "I took a chance, you always get called into the hospital so I took a chance...happy?"

Me "you shouldnt have come here"

Jude "then you shouldnt have left!"

Me "I left because you need to sort your shit out and figure out what it is you want"

Jude "I know what I want...I want you!"

Me "you know you cant have it all Jude, you cant have me then have your ex girlfriend make plays for you at the same time!"

Jude "I will kick her out! I'll kick all of them out"

Me "so she's still at your house? Whaaa! You really wont let go of this girl hey?"

Jude "what? Yoona come on...you know I love you and only you! Leila is just...."

Me "your first love, mother of your child and the girl who broke your heart. I dont want to compete with that, I wont"

Jude "this is no competition, I dont want her!"

Me "then why is she still in your house?"

Me "aaahhh another problem we seem to have you and I...the friends you listen to and do everything they tell you to. Your being too nice is becoming a problem for me Jude"

Jude "you didnt seem to object to it before"

Me "there is a limit to everything, clearly you dont have yours...see this is why I dont like nice people, because if you're too nice with no limits people will take advantage of that then you become weak and pathetic, and I hate those kind of people Jude. See, if you dont let people know that there is a limit, a line that cant be crossed, you end up losing the things that are important to you...like whats happening right now" his eyes became shiny with tears

Jude "so I'm losing you?"

Me "sweetheart, you lost me the day you were unable to take control of your life and the situation you created"

Jude "Yoona....you dont mean that" I looked at him with a straight, fighting the urge to hold him in my arms and tell him that I'd forgive him and love him forever

Jude "okay then baby, tell me what I can do...tell me what to do so I can fix this, so I can make things right" I was about to answer him when I saw someone approaching us, we were standing outside and as the person came closer, I saw who it was and my heart was already thumping violently against my throat

Her "Seo Yoona!" I felt sick to my stomach as she greeted me with a smile, what a vile human being!! It was my father's wife, Han Seo Hee well madame Han as she was so famously known . Jude turned to look at her then back at me

Jude "are you okay?"

Me "I'm fine, just go"

Jude "you really dont want to see me"

Me "what was your first clue?" I found myself getting angry but not at him but at the woman who dared to show her face in front of me after all these years!

Jude "I wont give up on you" he grabbed my head and kissed me on the forehead then walked off to his car.

I turned to walk back inside but the woman called out my name again

Her "are you really going to ignore your own mother?" I carried on walking "SEO YOONA! ARE YOU REALLY GOING TO IGNORE YOUR OWN MOTHER!!" She shouted and the entire hospital turned to look at as, I was so angry I felt like punching her in the face! I stopped and clenched my fists hard until I felt my nails digging into my hand, I turned to face her

Me "what the hell do you want!" I asked angrily, clenching my teeth, Sunbae was already telling the others to carry on with their business, I was so thankful to him

Her "to talk of course, do you have any place private we can go?"

Me "here is the best you can get"

I drove back to the house, in the lounge Chase was watching tv and there was no sight of Jason and Leila

Chase "I think you should kick that bitch Leila out too, she and her lacky can figure it out together since he's so loyal to her" I laughed

Me "I really want her gone, Yoona says she wont even set foot here again...I need her out of my house so I can at least fix things with my girl plus I really miss my other girl"

Chase "what do you say, we just go see our other girl and spend the day with her, its time she came home too"

Me "yeah you're right but now I have to get Leila out of my house"

Chase "okay!" He sat back down and watched the tv while I headed to the stairs

Jay "okay...so I juat recieved a connect call from Mrs Santos" Mrs Santos was our landlord back in Brooklyn

Me "yeah?"

Jay "she says that Brooks Gheller came asking about you a few days ago"

Me "Brooks Gheller?"

Chase "ya, why would the owner and CEO of the biggest production company in the States be looking for Jude?"

Jay "he says he's your biological father......"
