First experience of encountering the Holy Spirit it’s not about believe or Faith, I have been to Crusades and elders of the church never fell under anointing as a Youth coordinator in my Regional HHeadquarter my first falling under anointing was a prayer from a boy from about 10 years old he asked me if he could pray and I then say Sure, I and some leaders fell under the anointing of a 10yr old boy but after the I had been in prayer session myself and encounter the Holy Ghost your Stand with God matter.
