Upon the disaster I caused, The Almighty asked for a volunteer amongst the Host of Heaven to fix the mess I caused & Jesus seized this opportunity to cement his position as The Almighty's favourite.

Sadly, the foolish boy resisted my many attempts to derail his mission here.

Quoting scripture is to validate the claim of spiritual blessings they have partook with early saint and Jesus being God doesn't defile logic, in fact it fits into logic well once you acknowledge also that God is OMNIPOTENT which means God can do anything in fact that's why God called Himself I Am that I Am

In fact, reading the Bible and in comparison with man's knowledge about God will let you know why Christian worshipping Jesus as God.

Just like I told one Jehovah witness brother, that the problem they have with the scripture is inability to know when the Bible writers wrote about Jesus before He entered into creation/became man and after He became part of creation/became man.

Before He became part of creation He was not known as Jesus Christ but THE ETERNAL LIFE, CREATOR OF THE UNIVERSE e.t.c this sum up His name as THE ETERNAL WORD OF GOD.

I also use to tell people that, The Word of God didn't enter creation to proof that He His God rather to fulfill the very purpose He came into creation for. Meanwhile, Jesus is omnipotent because He is the one who upholds creation by the word of His POWER.

The religious folks argues on two major pinnacles - The religious books and their awe of how the world was structurally arranged. 'There has to be a God behind this complex structure'

The atheists are not having that since it sounds utterly ridiculous to attribute what you cannot explain to a supernatural power. Your confusion about a subject matter should lead to inconclusive assertions not strong conclusions. When nothing is certain nothing should be sure. Yet these religious folks are sure.

Their holy books is structured in ways that logic isn't allowed. Since the God factor is the premise, any illogical conclusion is understandable. So the slippery slope of so many inconceivable gibberish crammed into an ancient book written possibly by primitive humans still reigns supreme in a world of homo sapiens.

However unfortunate, religion will never be outlived. Since it addresses two greatest fears of man - fear of death and fear of the afterlife. The above scripture especially John 1:1 talks about Jesus been there in the beginning of creation.
What John is saying is that before there was any matter, before anything had been made, Jesus was. “In the beginning was the Word.” So, there at the beginning, when those things were brought into being, he was there already. That’s the point of “in the beginning.”
