May be you haven't heard. In the Muslim communities, there are lots of anecdotes about near death or after death experience.

I once heard a tale that the grave of a sinful man was re-dugged open after his burial, only for the people to find him alive, bound in ropes and under torture.

There is another tale of a reopened grave within hours of burial, where the corpse was found so fully rotten, as if the burial has been extremely long ago.

Of course, anecdotes are not evidences, but religious communities heavily trade in them.

Near-death experience(NDE), Out of body experience(OBE), Astral project etc are not evidence of afterlife, they are just experience from the wishful-fulfilment or wishful-expectancy of ones imaginations/hallucinations, it has been shown that people imagine different things in this situation just like dreams. A Christian will claim he saw Jesus, a Muslim will claim she saw Muhammad, a Buddhist will claim he saw Buddha, an Hindu will claim he saw Vishnu, an Ifa person will claim he saw Obatala etc. These are just personal subjective experience.

There's no evidence to support any spiritual realm or world, your brain is responsible for your consciousness, anything that happen to the brain affect your consciousness.
