The Vice Chancellor of the Akwa Ibom University, Prof. Eno James Ibanga, said his university does not give admission to students with tattoos.

.
He made the disclosure in an interview with newsmen, saying that students are thoroughly screened before being admitted, also to check that they do not belong to cults. One of the criteria for admission is the no-tattoo policy.

Schools are to promote culture, teach you to blend in or stand out i the society you intend to stay. Schools teach you how to learn what's good for you and an idea of the end result.. With tattoos you belong more to the happening class like music industry than to the boring learning class in schools..

same goes with the university..they admit students who would upon graduation, be found to be worthy of learning and character..I know there are other pressing matters..but this one is important as well
