I love Dr Saraki with all my heart. One Mr mumu President of Fail Nigeria(Buhari) said Nigerians are with him. It is very laughable and shameful for fail Buhari government. Nigerians are with saraki. Sai Saraki, we love you. Buhari and supporters go and hug transformers. Up up up PDP, down down down APC.

Who looses if election does not hold? The party in power will remain perpetually in power or military takes over.
The country becomes ungovernable.
The president will have a lot of issues because constitutionally he has no elected power.

The national assembly will use the opportunity to render his government useless by vetoing his every decision and statutory allocations .

The solution would be if buhari become a military dictator again, but then the international community will not allow that.

How can a young man with internet access and a computer be trapped.

Your real problem is laziness.

Last time I checked, the internet is not censored in Nigeria, data prices are falling consistently.

Farmers in Northern Nigeria, most of whom are not educated earn money from their agricultural enterprises, they own
acres of land; most of them cannot read or write past basic primary school.

Market women in Lagos own duplexes, and many have no primary school education.

You have the internet, cheap data, I am sure if you can find a library in your area you will get free electricity, but no Buhari is your problem.

The only person you can blame is yourself for not concentrating on the real issues in your life and your parents for not providing you with
the necessary advantages to excel in any venture you so desire.

Stop deceiving yourself, start by rejecting alcohol. Alcohol will destroy your future in leaps and bounds.

Are you ok now you've vented your obvious frustration on me? Sleep tight, bro.

When Nigeria plunges into war because your god, Buhari believes he's the only good Nigerian, I hope you escape through the Internet.

Unfortunately Buhari hasn't been great. He's been woeful in all angles of governance. The bad news for Nigeria and Nigerians is that we have no credible candidate to replace Buhari with. All those looters association in PDP are worse than Buhari.

It is like finding ourselves between rock and hard place.
With due respect, I think it about the dumbest thing to assert that there are no better people in PDP than Buhari....

I want you to reflect on your remark and apologize accordingly..

So many unlawful and unconstitutional happenings in naija.
In IMO state, a deputy governor was impeached against the court's order.
In Benue state, APC is desperate to hold onto the state by fire&fury.
In Abuja, PMB has been disobeying the court by refusing to free dasuki et al after granting them bail. Etc etc.
Mr integrity at work.

I think that declaring a state of emergency has limits in Nigeria's constitution. The law clearly specifies cases in which the president can declare a state of emergency. Nothing in that law gives him absolute power to dissolve the senate or prolong his stay in office. Only the Senate can amend the constitution to grant the president the absolute power to stay longer than his specified 4 years in office. That was what OBJ tried to do but failed. If he declares a state of emergency that lasts beyond his term in office, he is still required to vacate office after his term expires

Buhari is spending over 3.7 billion naira a day on fuel subsidy even with petrol selling at 145 naira per litre. NNPC has refused to open their books for scrutiny because Buhari is the senior minister of petroleum overseeing the massive looting happening in NNPC. So, continue to deceive yourself.

NASS is dissolved in Junes only by a newly elected President.

Executive tenure expires before that of the Senate. If election fails to hold, Buhari will cease to be President on 29th May.

The Senate President will take over until the NASS is dissolved and the CJN will take over government.
so David Mark presided over the election that brought saraki and other principal officers! Think, Think. The clerk of the house takes charge after May 29. The new and old elected members resume in june. The president according to the constitution has the powers to dissolve congress base on certain conditions.

u are plain dumb. Buhari tenure cannot be extended by even one hour without the approval of the NASS and the judiciary. Go and study the constitution. On May 29th of the fourth year of his rule, his tenure ends UNLESS he is reELECTED. re-electing him requires an election. If their is no election, his tenure will still end and the CJN will take over, pending an election. The constitution is very clear on these issues, and it remains supreme.
Stop trying to twist what is clear
