Gen. Murtala Muhammad- zero tolerance for corruption and indiscipline.

5. *1976-1979:*
Gen. Olusegun Obasanjo- Military egg heads started owning huge properties, oil Blocs running into Millions of dollars.

6. *1979-1983:*
Alhaji Shehu Shagari- looting galore by Ministers, party functionaries and other government big wigs.

7. *1984-1985:*
Major Gen. Muhammadu Buhari- zero tolerance for corruption and indiscipline.
Some corrupt politicians bagged 200 years jail terms.

Gen Ibrahim Babangida- freed all jailed politicians; liberalized the architecture.
In one fell swoop about $12 Billion varnished.

Look at what Aregbesola is doing in Osun: after he and his family looted the treasury of the state, he went on to borrow hundreds of billion naira for nonexistent projects.
