I see another Amodu sheriff in Akpabio. For the fact that he was blackmailed by EFCC to join APC shows he never ever wished to be there but has to be there in body just to evade prosecution. Watch him decamp after the defeat of buhari.

What i see is Akpabio gently pulling his governor into APC or striking deals for Presidential election votes. There is nothing for Akwa Ibom in the short term inside PDP. After the Presidential primaries it will become clear. It is also important that personal relationships are not damaged because of politics.

Politics is in the National Assembly but power is on the streets and in the Executive Branch. APC now has 30 governors ( I am adding PDP ones and you will be shocked when the votes come in), let PDP even produce majority leader, minority leader, chief whip, srvant whip...everything. There is politics and there is POWER. The power is with APC, they are the ones holding patronage power and they will display it at the elections.
