Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri expects to trim his squad before the close of the European transfer market as well as the English football loan market. The Club can no longer sign players after the close of the summer transfer window in England but can let some players leave. The likes of Michy Batshuayi and Kurt Zouma have already left Chelsea to Valencia and Everton respectively on loan deals. Tiemoue Bakayoko, Danny Drinkwater, amongst others could also be set to leave the club. Meanhwhile, AC Milan have expressed strong interest in Tiemoue Bakayoko for a loan deal. A good number of Chelsea’s youngsters are also being tracked by foreign clubs and are likely to be sent out elsewhere to garner first-team football experience. Speaking at a press conference on Friday ahead of Chelsea’s 2018/19 Premier League opener against Huddersfield Town, Sarri said: “I think The squad is too large. Some players have to go on loan but I don’t know know who at the moment. “I prefer to have 23 or 24 players and three of four young players and no more.” SOURCE:-https://savechelsea.net/more-players-will-leave-chelsea-on-loan/ |
