With all the proofs I later concluded that, even if that building happens to be on the main road that made Ajimobi to demolish it, some idiots will still criticise him.

Ayefele next time, don't dabble into politics,
I pray that you will get justice
Fresh FM never showed preference for any political party...they serve it as it is.

Yinka Ayefele is not a politician ( at least, not openly)

If fresh FM didn't lend their voice to the masses all in the name of not dabbling into politics, who will?

Ajimobi and APC can't just stand criticism!

why can't the clueless ajimobi demolish the banks in challenge too. he can only demolish people's investment but he can not rebuild it back. not only that he can't even compensate people. this is not the end of the world now. ajimobi will surely regret his actions for doing this one .

Let's analyse this scenario from different angles.

1. Ajimobi is angry that Ayefele's fresh FM is giving voice to the opposition to criticize the government in oyo state. That's to tell you that APC are not democrats, they don't like hearing dissenting opinions, they can't stand what they did to the ruling party when they(APC) were in the opposition, they don't respect the rule of law, the demolition case is still in court (Buhari has refused to obey court orders to free Dasuki and Elzakyzaky)
Ajimobi is a dictator, (we remember the popular statement made by him of calling himself a constituted authority), he's so full of himself, please tell him that he's not God, and if he actually demolished Ayefele's buiding cos of personal beef he has for Ayefele, Karma will catch up with him and everything he had also built will be demolished and destroyed while he's alive, but if he's not doing it to punish Ayefele, he ought to have tarried a little for the outcome of court's judgement before he directed bulldozers to demolish someone's properties. Note that El Rufai another APC governor demolished the buildings of his perceived political enemies in kaduna state too.

Ayefele is an entertainer loved by many, his song has brought joy to the lives of many people, but Ajimobi has brought bitterness into the man's life. Ajimobi will not know happiness too

2. Ayefele should have known that politics is a dirty game, he shouldn't have ventured into political issues, he should have known that APC government are not like PDP,

Never talk assuredly about an issue until you KNOW all the facts! Ayefele isn't a politician; the grouse of the government is that Ayefele wouldn't rein in the Public Affairs analysts who he invites to speak on the issues aired by his station. Now, where's FREE SPEECH in that demand? You think this is OK in a DEMOCRACY?

Typical Zombie reasoning. If it's not politics why did your goathead governor rush to demolish the structure before the court hearings? Looking for excuse to justify this action is dead on arrival.

Ekiti youths & others on rampage at Ibadan. Why were there no demonstration when houses were destroyed by previous government?

Firstly, Ayefele has many properties in Ibadan. As at 2010, I know three of his properties (one hotel & two residential buildings). These buildings are not located where they could be destroyed, hence intact.

Secondly, during Alao Akala's tenure, houses were destroyed. A particular woman claimed Akala victimized her for political reason when her residence was destroyed. I don't believe her,

Thirdly, in demolition exercise, a building cannot be singled out for demolition. Are there houses beside Ayefele's office that is not affected by the demolition? Was the house marked for demolition about 8 or 9 years ago? Was there any government approval for the house to be built on that place?

The lesson here. you cannot be begging government secretly to overlook or waive legal & developmental requirements for you and still go to the media to seek support against government on the same issue.

Houses have been destroyed in various states across the federation if found sited on an unapproved location or for obstructing developmental purposes. If you have genuine documents, government will pay the present value of the house.

In as much I'm not in support of the demolition, Ayefele should know better that politics is a dirty game and when deeply involved secretly working for the opposition you must endeavor to be 90% clean.

The government knows every active politicians and knows what you are doing wrong and will use it against you when there is the need for it.

Let us not give in to sentiment and let us learn to obey and respect the law of the land.

Ayefele's structure is not the first and won't be the last to be demolish. Same happened to many I know in Alao Akala's government and heaven did not fall.

If you keep telling people to not dabble in politics, don't you see that you're indirectly encouraging tyranny? Life is politics, and people will always air their views. This is just one of many setbacks of life thrown at all, he'll come back, stronger or wiser or both. To run away from problems and discomfort like an ostrich is COWARDLY!

Ayefele's building was allegedly destroyed according to the state government because it was meant to be a radio station.

It is meant to be a residential quarters and so turning it to a radio station is wrong, in their own opinion. Why didnt they know this one since 2016, it is now they remember.

After political circuit fired the Nigga, nonsense..... angry
