Acclaimed cadet Emmanuel was arrested this morning at AKTC park Ojuelegba by 7:35 am today, park management disclosed that persons like him do come periodically to harass them. Emmanuel claims he came to make inquiries about the fare to Kaduna while park management insisted that they do not ply Kaduna from Ojuelegba. Park management also disclosed that on 20/08/2018 their drivers encountered a robbery attack carried out by men in army camo. and alleged that He Emmanuel must have been their informant. Items retrieved from him included: 1. Fake Nigerian Army ID card 2. Expired pass by the Nigerian Navy (A4) 3. Military belt 4. 1550 Naira inn his wallet 5. Voters card 6. Army headgear 7. Army Scarf
