Guests to big events like this were scheduled and invited months earlier. Im sure guests for next year will soon be notified. I dont think Saraki's invitation was recent. I wouldnt expect Kabiyesi to strike him from guest list after defection. Its an unfortunate thing for Kabiyesi's guest to be treated in public like that. It's really an abomination because in Yorubaland anyone seen in the company of Kabiyesi has immunity. This is why in times past offenders will attempt to bolt to the King's palace to get temporary immunity while their case is decided by authorities.

The people should have respected Saraki's immunity here and not treat him with scorn. They should wait for his return for campaign to embarass him.

A special guest of honour also is allowed a number of seats to use as he wishes. Saraki was the one who turned this into political stunt by inviting controversial figures like Dino. Dino was not invited by Kabiyesi.
